Feather Creek Farm H.T. (Jun 2017) Omnibus Listing

This will run as a ONE DAY on June 17th... If entries warrant we will run the Training and Preliminary Dressage on Friday evening. Since we are holding this June's Horse Trials as a One-Day, we are offering a Dressage and Show Jumping Day on Friday, June 16th. These classes will be judged by the official judges of the weekend and will be ribboned. The day will start approximately at noon on Friday, June 16th (depending on entries). Dressage Tests will be $30/test and Show Jumping will be $20/round. Entry forms will be on the Feather Creek website and must be sent to Kathi Roof before the Horse Trials closing date of may 30th. Feather Creek is going to Dedicate this event to Father's Day!!!... So the 3 lowest scores of the show will get a $100 gift certificate for your Dad or Husband!!! We would like to recognize how much of their time and energy they give to our sport!!! Thank you!!

North on I-35: Take Hwy 9 east approximately 8 miles to 72nd Avenue turn north (left) on 72nd and head approx. 3 miles on 72nd and the Horse Trials will be on your right side.
South on I-35: Take the Robinson exit east and head approx 8 miles outside of Norman and turn left on 72nd and go 1/4 mile and the Horse Trials will be on your right side.

NO FAXED ENTRIES, please. All entries must be - per USEF new 2015 rule change, received no later than May 30th -  Closing Day - to be considered timely, entries received after that date will have a $50 late fee assessed. Any entries postmarked before opening day will be returned unopened. Double entries: Not accepted. Post entries: Accepted if entries are under-subscribed. Entries without Entry Fee will not be processed.  Late Entries will not be processed without full payment; Late entrants are fully responsible for payment of all entry fees.

BN competitors who are not USEA members, must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee. Starter and Intro entrants are exempt from the starter/d&m fees and USEA membership/non-membership fees. Change fee: After CD, subject to $50 handling fee; conditional to organizer's approval. A $75 charge for bounced checks will be assessed. Refunds: Before C.D.- FULL REFUND. After C.D.- Less $50 office fee ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Stabling-No refund unless stall filled by a wait listed horse. No phone withdrawals accepted; faxes or emails please. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-Pro-rated after expenses. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months.

Arenas: Grass on level sandy soil and a sand arena.  Preliminary will be in the sand arena.  All other divisions will be split between the grass and the sand ring.  The indoor arena will be open for warm-up for the sand ring.

P-3000 m @ 520 mpm. T?2700 m @ 470 mpm. N-2400 m @ 375 mpm. BN-2250 m @ 350 mpm max fence ht 2'7".  Starter - 1500 m @ 325 mpm max fence ht 2'4. Intro - 1200 m @ 275 mpm  max fence ht 18"
Courses: Starter: Approximately 10 fences on level grassy footing.  BN/N: Approximately 15 - 17 fences with a few fences running through the woods with a small hilly track; the rest of the course is on level grassy footing.  T/P:  Approximately 18 - 20 fences,  3 or 4 fences running through the woods, new  water complex for T and P and focusing on many new fences for BN and N.
