Refunds: Before C.D. - Full refund; after C.D. to May 3: less $50 office fee. After May 3 no refund (refund may be issued if entry and stabling (if included)  can be filled from waitlist). Competition cancellation: No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

All three phases in one day. We do not accept double entries. Per new USEA rules Beginner Novice riders must be USEA members. No USEA membership or starter fees required for Intro.  Refunds: Before C.D. - Full refund; after C.D. to May 3: less $50 office fee. After May 3 no refund, unless entry and stabling (if included) can be filled from waitlist. Competition cancellation: No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Neg. Coggins required within 6 months for out-of-state horses.
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except the Intro. Intro participants are exempt from USEA membership, but must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee; USEA Starter/D&M
fees do not apply.
PRELIMINARY must send copy of USEF cards for rider, owner, and trainer.

This event uses paper pinney numbers; rider must provide their own vinyl bib. These pinney holders are available from several online vendors or you may purchase your vinyl bib at the event for $20.
Competitor Information
Awards:
Prizes for 1st - 3rd, and ribbons to 7th. Our May 14 event is the first in our three event series held at Woodland Stallion Station in 2016. We are offering series high point prizes for 1st-3rd: 1st place is awarded a custom Stubben Portos saddle, 2nd place a Stubben bridle and care package, 3rd place Stubben 1207 irons. High point eligibility is for amateurs and junior riders only.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$130/stall. We are offering both permanent and temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided. $60 per day grounds fee for horses not entered in competition: This fee is in addition to the haul-in and stall fee, includes cross-country schooling on Sunday. Bedding available for purchase at show grounds. Shavings - $9/bag. Further info from sec'y. Veterinarian: Bernadette Grismer, DVM (707) 889-2977 # will be posted at show office in stabling area.

Competitors entering horses for sale can pay an extra $15.00 to have their horse's name highlighted in the program, indicating it's for sale. For $40.00 have your horse's name highlighted and place an ad in the program. 
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birthdate on entry.
Food on grounds.
Team Competition: Teams of three or four, best three scores to count; all team members at same level; $20 per team.
Trailer-in Fee for non-stabled horses $30.00 for competition.
Cross-country schooling available after the competition, $60.00 fee and trainer must have additional insured certificate for Woodland Stallion Station.
