Address: Hoosier Horse Park, Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh, IN 46124 North: I-65 to exit 80 west.  Take St. Rd. 252 west to US 31.  Go straight across 31 & go 3 miles to Schoolhouse Rd.  Right turn & follow HHP signs.  South: I-65 north to exit 76N to US 31 to 3rd light, left 3 miles to Schoolhouse Rd.  Right turn & follow HHP signs.

Entry: Per division P,T: $185.00; N,BN:  $175.00; Starter: $160.00.

Stabling: $46.00 per night.  Early arrival:  $46.00 per night (must be cleared with HHP).
Grounds Fee and/or Haul-In Fee: $25.00 per horse/day (only if no stall required).
Extra horse/Non-compete fee: $30.00 per day/horse + grounds fee and/or stabling fee.

Golf Cart (2 seats): $70.00 arrange in advance with secretary by 4/29/15; send separate check with entry fees. Must be returned to Secretary  SATURDAY NIGHT by 6 pm.

?Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- no refund. Changes requested after C.D. made only as schedule permits with $30 change fee horse/rider or level (this includes stabling changes). Competition cancellation-No refund.

USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Will accept credit card payment with electronic entries.   If using electronic entries...payments & payments MUST be rec'd within 5 days or we use the 'postmark' as the adjusted entry date.

Entries will be considered 'complete' when payment is rec'd.  At close date if payment is not rec'd the entry will be removed from the list & a $50.00 late fee will apply to this entry in order to start the event.  Payments rec'd after close date will also be charged a $50.00 late fee.  Payments after close date: only via cashier's check or money order.
 


USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter Test participants are exempt from USEA membership and USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.


Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
 
Starter: USEA Membership/Non-membership fees are waived and Starter/D&M Fees do not apply.  .   
Bounced check fee: $50.00 per NSF check. Withdrawals must be in writing ONLY:  (snail mail or email) must be postmarked no later than C.D.

Cross-Country:
P - 2400-2800 m @ 520 mpm.  T-2200- 2400 m @ 425-450 mpm.  N-1800-2000 m @ 350-375 mpm.  BN-1400-2000 m @ 325-350 mpm .  Starter: 1100-1500 m @ 275 mpm - max height 2'3": All new Jumps! Great for 1st time out.  All courses: P/T/N-Average, for horses with some experience at this level.  BN & Starter -Easy, good for first time at this level.  Terrain: Gently rolling & flat, some prairie.  New jumps!
Cross-country course closed April  29 (check with HHP office).

Dogs must be leashed - loose ones will be fined.  No motorized vehicles on xcountry course
Low key environment; good move-up courses.  New tracks & cross-country jumps.  AMAZING NEW water complex!
X-C schooling may be available after the show on Sunday for $35: sign waiver & get a pinny if HHP allows it (weather permitting).
