Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Effective 12/1/2016 all USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership, but must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee; USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.
Changes after C.D. $30, Entries after C.D. $50 late fee. Riders must provide their own cross country number holder. $25- stall cleaning deposit (separate check) Camping fee $30/night separate check . Register and pay online at evententries.com. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry minus $50 if spot can be filled from Wait List. If vet or doctor excuse is submitted then rider will receive a voucher for a Holly Hill event within one year. Competition cancellation-No refund. No refund on campsite if cancelled within 24 hours of event.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses: Copy of current Negative Coggins must accompany entry. Any changes after C.D., $30 office fee. Pre-order/pre-pay extra shavings $8/bag delivered to stall. Separate Checks for Camping and Tack Stalls, please! Submitted entries not paid by the closing date will not be included in the ride times.

$150/stall from Friday am to Monday am. 70 permanent, 170 portable stalls. Stalls are either 12x12, 11x11 or 10x10. All horses stabled on grounds. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. All distances are approximate. AI/I-3400 m @ 550 mpm. P-3120 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1850 m @ 350 mpm. max. height 2'7". Starter -1400 m @ 300 mpm, max. height 2'. Well drained, sand based turf on open pastures with some rolling terrain. Courses are of average difficulty and there are two water obstacles, several banks and ditches that are on some of the courses. Cross-country course closed March 27.
