Entries include $25 non-refundable office fee. $30 fee for bounced checks. US CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY; NO FOREIGN CHECKS. Include printed, legible, and current e-mail address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via e-mail. If overbooked, management reserves the right to limit a rider to 2 horses in competition.
Wait List: After entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received. Only entries paid in full are placed on the wait list. Once scheduling is completed, substitutions will be made from the wait list by division only. The wait list expires on Sunday, Mar 26th at 9 pm.
RIDERS MUST BRING PINNY HOLDER WITH THEM. Morven Park will provide paper numbers for their competitors to insert into their plastic pinny holders.
NEW USEA REQUIREMENTS THIS YEAR: Beginner Novice riders MUST be a current Junior, Full, Life or Collegiate member and horses registered with either a Limited status or Full.
Prizes for 1st through 3rd & 8 ribbons per division.
$100/stall (Fri/Sat/Sun), initial 2 bags of bedding included. Additional stabling $40 per day; Tack/Additional Stall $100; 136 perm. 10x10 stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. Any horses found in unassigned stalls will be fined $50 and must move out and pay fine before Dressage. Shavings available for purchase, $10/bag. No straw please. All stabling requests must have a stabling form submitted to the Secretary by CD. No motorized vehicles left in barns. See section 10.

All outdoor arenas- permanent footing -sand and stone dust in rings and warm-up; one indoor warm-up ring - GGT/silica sand mix; grass ring only if necessary.
I-2600-3575 m @ 550 mpm Expect two water complexes, corners, banks, gates, skinnies, brush, ditches, coffins, tables, combinations, and rolling terrain. IP/P-2200-3120 m @ 520 mpm Expect water complexes, corners, banks, gates skinnies, brush, ditches, coffins, tables, combinations, and rolling terrain. T-2200-2600m @ 450 mpm Expect water complexes, corners, banks, trakehener, brush, ditches, tables, combinations, and rolling terrain.
N-1600-2200m @ 400 mpm Expect water complexes, banks, brush, ditches, tables, combinations, and rolling terrain. BN-1400-2000m @ 350 mpm
All courses in open rolling fields with established old turf. Large galloping tracks that are not overly technical for spring event. All courses include ditches, water, and terrain questions. All courses solid for the level. Not recommended as "move up" courses.

USEF rule GR301.6 and Loudoun County law. Absolutely NO motorized vehicles left in barns. NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES OF ANY KIND ON ANY COURSE. Food available at Café on grounds. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section (we will try to accommodate those preferences, but not always possible) and birth date on entry (otherwise Senior is assumed).
