THURS, March 9:
CIC Informal Veterinary Examination-10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Must have passports with vaccination records. Cross-country course open for inspection - 3 PM.  Mandatory Competitor Briefing 6 PMIf entries require, some dressage MIGHT be run Thursday afternoon. Affected competitors will be contacted to be certain such scheduling is convenient.
FRI, March 10: Dressage-7:40 AM CIC Test Rides; 8:00 AM first rides in all four arenas. Please refer to schedule of ride times. 
SAT, March 11: Cross-Country: all divisions. Ride times to be announced. Show Jumping - CIC3* Division only. Ride times to be announced.
Unmounted awards ceremony will take place in Sponsor Tent immediately following the conclusion of the division.
SUN, March 12: 8:00 AM CIC Veterinary Inspections, beginning with CIC1* Division. Please refer to Sunday's schedule.
Show Jumping - 9.00 AM, beginning with Preliminary, Intermediate, Advanced, CIC1* , CIC2*.  Mounted awards ceremonies will take place immediately following respective classes in fromt of Sponsor Tent.

Entry:
CIC3*/CIC2*/CIC1*: $450.00; A/I/P: $400.00.
Entries received on or before 01/31/2015: Deduct $25.00.
Entries received after 02/23/2015 but on or before noon on 03/01/2015: $50.00 late entry fee.
No entries will be accepted after noon on March 1, 2016.
A $5.00 service fee will be added for credit card entries.
Stabling: $200.00 Wed. through Sun. nights (one check per horse).
Stripping Fee: $100. Separate check required. No entry will be accepted without stall cleaning deposit!

Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system

through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation.

Double Entries: Not accepted.
Wait List Policy:  A limit of 225 horse will be accepted by draw from the pool of complete entries received by closing date. Additional entries will be placed on the wait list in the order they are received. Substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only.  The wait list will terminate on Monday, March 6, at 12:00 noon.  All checks will be destroyed or refunded after the termination of the wait list. Withdrawals made between February 22, 2017, and noon on March 6, 2017, will receive refund less office fee only if spot can be filled from wait list. No withdrawals will be filled after noon on March 6, 2017.
Pinney Deposit: 
None. Personal pinnies will be used. Available for purchase from Stabling Office for $15 each.
All US horses and Riders must be registered with the USEF and USEA. Please submit copies of USEF Membership Card for rider, trainer, and owner.
CIC entries must use 2017 FEI Entry System AND the USEA Three-Day CCI/CIC Entry form. Copy of negative Coggins, within 12 months, must accompany entry.
Note: FL requires 30-day health certificate for horses entering state.
All 3* horses and Foreign 2*/1* horses must have an FEI Passport indicating required influenza primary series & boosters. U.S. 2*/1* horses must have either an FEI Passport or National Passport indicating required influenza primary series & boosters. All horses must have current health certificate. There will be a fee of $50 for returning passports not retrieved at the end of competition.

Please note: All horses will be stabled together in fenced enclosure with 24-hour security. Wristband system employed for ID access to stables at all time. Accompanying horses who wish stabling must have ID papers and vaccination records indicating required influenza primary series and boosters.

Reserved Rig Parking adjacent to the stable area and within the fencing is available. Please complete form on Red Hills Web, www.RHHT.org, and mail with payment ot Red Hills Horse Trials, Inc., P.O. Box 14869, Tallahassee, FL 32317.  Space will not be reserved until check is received. Other rig parking will be on a first come, first served basis.

Competitor Information
Awards:

All Divisions: Ribbons 1st-8th, or in accordance with FEI regs. RHHT Special Merchandise 1st place-all divisions. Prize money: TBA.
Updates will be posted on www.rhht.org and information becomes available. Distribution as per FEI Regulations, Articles 128, 129 & 130.  

Stabling/Veterinarian:
$200/stall, Wed. AM through Sun PM. Early arrivals and Sunday night hold-overs accepted at no additional charge. Please contact Dan Beeman at

One check per horse, please! Checks and Credit Card charges will be processed upon acceptance. Checks not deposited will be voided by Event Secretary.
Initial shavings included in stabling fee. Additional bedding available for purchase. 270+ temp. stalls on grounds by American Stall Rentals, LLC. Stall doors provided. Damage fee: Please do not poke holes in the stall panels to hang stall guards. Panels are $300 each, and if damaged, the competitor will be responsible for this amount. 
All stalls will be disinfected with SYMBIONT anti-viral/anti-bacterial before horses arrive.
Stripping deposit of $100 required; separate check for each stall, please. Entry will not be deemed compete without stall deposit.
Feed/Hay/Shavings available for purchase through Stabling Office.  
Please note: All horses will be stabled in fenced enclosure with 24-hour security. Access to stable area will be limited to authorized individuals. Wristband system employed for ID access to stables at all time. Please name all persons wishing to stable together. Accompanying horses who wish to stable with FEI horses must have ID papers and vaccination records indicating required influenza primary series and boosters.

Dressage:
Tests & arena sizes: CIC3*: 2015 FEI Three Star Test B-Std.  A: 2015 USEF Advanced Test B-Std. CIC2*: 2015 FEI Two-Star Test B-Std. I: 2014 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. CIC1*: 2015 FEI One Star Test B-Std. P: 2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std.
Footing: Four standard competition arenas with all-weather granite screening/sand/fiber footing. Two standard warm-up arenas with footing identical to competition arenas. Three sand warm-up arenas. Open grassed areas for lunging and warm-up. NOTE: PLEASE CONFIRM TESTS ON RED HILLS WEB, www.RHHT.org.
Cross-Country:
Cross-country course closed; courses not available for schooling.

TECHNICAL, CHALLENGING COURSES.  
THESE COURSES SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED MOVE-UP COURSESSpectators add another dimension. The national course will be slightly differentiated from the comparable CIC courses at major complexes.
Courses have been modified to be more galloping. The 3 star/advanced courses have been designed as an early season run to help riders prepare horses for the upcoming season in a positive way. The course has been re-routed to improve flow and significant work has been/is being done on the footing.  Some of track gallops through woods, although widths of tracks have been increased to provide a more open feel. Jumps will be significantly changed from previous year.
CIC3*: 3900 m @ 570mpm; A: 3900 m @ 570 mpm; CIC2*: 3155m @ 550 mpm. I: 3155 m @ 550 mpm. CIC1*: 2840 m @ 520 mpm; P: 2840 m @ 520 mpm. See www.RHHT.org for details and for course maps.
PLEASE: 
No vehicles of any kind on cross-country tracks so that your horses may have the best footing possible. Cross-country course closed; courses not available for schooling.

An unmounted awards ceremony will be held in the Sponsor Tent for the CIC3* Division immediately following the conclusion of cross-country. Mounted Awards Ceremonies for all other divisions will be held in the Show Jumping arena immediately following Show Jumping.  
Dogs must be leashed, either tied or with an adult on the other end of the leash. $100 charge for loose dogs.
Parties: Thurs., Mar. 9 - Kick-off Party for all volunteers and competitors.  Come as you are.
Fri., Mar. 10 -  Sponsors' Party in the Park. Business casual. Sponsorship required. Detailed party info on Red Hills Web (www.RHHT.org).
Sat., Mar. 11 - Competitors' Party in Sponsors' Tent on Grounds, 6:30 PM. Additional tickets available in Show Office for $25 per person.
