From West (through Augusta, GA): I-20 to SC exit 18, end of the ramp turn right on Hwy 19. At the second light turn left on Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr.). Follow to Hwy 302 (Wagener Rd.) turn left. Full Gallop Farm is approx. 6 miles on the right.
From East or North (through Columbia, SC): I-20 to SC exit 22. At the end of the ramp turn left on Hwy 1 (York St.). Follow Hwy 1 (York St.) to Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr.) and turn left. Follow to Hwy 302 (Wagener Rd.,) and turn left. Full Gallop Farm is approx. 6 mi. on the right.
From South: I-95 to US-78 W via EXIT 77 toward BRANCHVILLE/BAMBERT. Go 13.1 miles. Turn LEFT onto US-21/FREEDOM RD. Go 0.2 miles. Turn RIGHT onto US-78/W EDWARDS ST. Continue to follow US-78. Go 51.8 miles. Turn RIGHT onto HATCHAWAY BRIDGE RD. Go 4.2 miles. Turn LEFT onto SC-302/SC-4. Go 0.8 miles, farm on the left.

Entries:

XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required--for sale on site for $25 each. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Preliminary & Intermediate level entries; please include a copy of USEF membership card. Priority will be given to Intermediate and Preliminary entries. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.

Double entries: Not accepted. All changes incur a $25 fee, per change. All changes and scratches must be made in writing, or email to secretary. Check www.fullgallopfarm.com for entry status. 

Refunds:
 Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Withdrawals must be in writing, or email to secretary. Competition cancellation - No refund: Free cross-country school in future. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months-send with entry. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Copy of horses Coggins must have a legible "date drawn" and "accession number" and must be provided with entry, "smartphone" photos, must be completely visible with all information.  If you must turn the Coggins in when you check in at the event please bring a copy to give to the event to keepwe will not make copies of your Coggins at the event. To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email,  all required information prior to coming to the event.  If space allows post/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee. ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. This includes coggins, signatures, and required documents.  Funds must be received/or postmarked whether entering electronically or by mail, by 11:59 pm on the closing date or will be considered late.  Late fee policy will be strictly adhered to!  
  
We do not accept faxes please communicate and send documentation through e-mail (preferred) or by mail.  Entry by evententries.com is our preferred method of entry. No Canadian or Foreign checks accepted.  All funds must be Drawn off US banks with US routing numbers.

Awards:

Prize & 6 ribbons per division. This is a TIP sponsored event. Special ribbons and prizes to the top placing TB's registered with the TIP program.  To register your horse go to http://tjctip.com/

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited (118 12x12 perm stalls on grounds) $100/stall-9am Tuesday to 9pm Wednesday Additional night stays available $25 per night. $50 stall deposit, returned or ripped up if stall is well cleaned, Check with office to have stall approved before leaving.  Off-site stabling will be assigned if needed at several farms with perm stalls 1-5 miles from event.  Please check website for stabling assignments and groupings.  Stall doors & bulk shavings provided.  If you prefer we can have bagged shavings delivered to you stall for $8 per bag, please make note on entry or e-mail us the amount of shavings bags you would like. Test & arena sizes: IP-2014 USEF Intermediate Level Test A-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Level Test A-Sm. PT-2014 USEF Preliminary Level Test A-Sm. T/TN-2014 USEF Training Level Test A-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Level Test A-Sm. BN/Starter-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Level Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand based turf.
Cross-Country:
IP/P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. TN/N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm. Starter: 320mpm. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level: Jumps are substantial, Terrain: Excellent footing of sand based turf, rolling pastures, hills, some woods. Cross-country course closed February 18th at dark.  Course speeds and distances are subject to change.
Other Information:
Part of Grounds fees and late fees are donated to the Volunteer Fire Dept.

NOTICE - Due to Insurance policy changes - Full Gallop has instituted a NO DOG policy. We have recently had some dangerous issues with people bringing dogs on the property.  NO DOGS WILL BE ALLOWED at Full Gallop Farm only resident Full Gallop farm dogs will be allowed. This will be strictly enforced!!
No motorized vehicles allowed on Cross Country Course.
