Take 211 East 8 mi. to Right on Montrose Rd. Watch for signs/flags to stabling (Gate 8) Check website for directions/map. From 95 S: @ St.Pauls. Take Rt 20 NW. Follow signs for 211W thru Raeford. Left @ Montrose Rd. 1 mi. From 95 N: Exit 20 follow signs for 211 W thru Raeford. Left at Montrose Rd. 1 mi. to Park entrance. PLEASE NOTE GPS SYSTEMS MAY NOT PROVIDE ACCURATE DIRECTIONS. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage tests.  Competition cancellation-No refund.

USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except the combined test. Combined Test participants are exempt from USEA membership, but must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee; USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.
$50 return check fee Fax coggins & signature/release page to: 919-821-2070; include your name & phone # on all faxed pages. Double entries: Not accepted. Dressage:
Arenas & Warm-up: Sand base, all-weather footing. Test & arena sizes: P-2014 Preliminary Test B-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. CT-A-2014 USEF Advanced Test B-Std. CT-I-USEF 2014 Intermediate Test B-Std. CT-P,T,N,BN will ride the same tests as the horse trials' level.
Cross-Country:
All courses representation of their level and inviting for early in season courses. Rolling, sand-based turf, all-weather footing. P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-2000 m @325 mpm.
Cross-country not open for schooling, except for scheduled schooling days. Course Closed Feb 15th.
Other Information:
This event is part of the Carolina Eventing Challenge: A Championship award will be presented to the Preliminary, Training, Novice and Beginner Novice lowest score winner from the three participating competitions. Horse and Rider combinations that compete at all three competitions are eligible. Championship prizes will be awarded at The Heart of the Carolinas on May 7 Participating events include, Southern Pines HT on March 11-12, Longleaf Pine HT on April 22-23, and The Heart Of The Carolinas on May 4-7.
