From Highway 99: Herndon Exit (10 miles North of downtown Fresno). East across Union Pacific RR (at traffic light) & immediately - 50 feet - turn north on Weber Avenue. Continue thru village (25 mph speed limit!) to grounds - 1/2 mile.

Sun: A/I/P/T - Show Jumping - 8 am. N/BN/Intro Cross-Country - 8:30 am.

Stabling: $130/stall.
Haul In Fee: $60/horse. (HT non-stabled horses).
Grounds Fee: $100/horse. (non-competition horses).
Teams: $5/member.

Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system

or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also
enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite
Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation.


Refunds: Before C.D. - Full Refund; after C.D. to Feb. 7-Less $25 office fee. After Feb. 7 no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list, if either are filled either will be refunded. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or if applicable, present at the first horse inspection.  
Entries:
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date a late fee up to $50 will be charged. $25 change fee for any changes made after closing date. Double Entry-$25. Incomplete Entries - $15, for all entries with missing signatures or full payment not with entry. Refunds: Before C.D. - Full Refund; after C.D. to Feb. 7-Less $25 office fee. After Feb. 7 no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list, if either are filled either will be refunded. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out of state horses.
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro. Intro participants are exempt from USEA membership, but must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee; USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.
PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, owner, and trainer.
FEI passports required for all foreign owned CIC horses. CIC U.S. owned horses must have either a National Passport or FEI Passport. All passports that have to be mailed after the show will incur a $10 postage fee. All CIC riders and horses must have an FEI registration number. A copy of your medical armband must accompany all CIC entries.

Competitor Information
Awards:
CIC - Ribbons 1st-10th, prizes 1st-3rd; CIC2*- $2,000; CIC1* - $1,500. HT - Ribbons 1st-7th, prizes 1st-3rd.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$130/stall. 266 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bags shavings provided. $100 per day grounds fee for horses not entered in competition: This fee is in addition to the stall fee, includes cross-country schooling on Sunday after show. Hay/Bedding available for purchase at show grounds; further info from Sec'y. Additional Shavings- $9/bag. Veterinarian: # will be posted at show office in stabling area.

Test & arena sizes: CIC2*-2015 FEI Two Star Test A-Std. CIC1*-2015 FEI One Star Test A-Std. A- 2014 USEF Advanced Test B- Std. I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN/Intro -2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas & Warm-Up: Sand.
Cross-Country:
CIC2*-3200m @ 550 mpm, 32 efforts. CIC1*-2800m @ 520 mpm, 28 efforts. A -3400m @570 mpm. I-3100m @ 550 mpm. P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N-1800 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm/max. height 2'6"-2'7". All Intro-1300 m @ 300 mpm height 20" - 24" with water option. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level. Cross-country course closes February 7 at dusk.

Cross-country course closes Tuesday, February 7 at dusk.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food on grounds.
Team Competition: Teams of three or four; best three scores to count - all team members at the same level; $5/ per member.

Area VI Annual Meeting Awards Banquet & CIC Awards Dinner - one ticket included with entry. Additional tickets can be purchased for $50/ticket.
FCHP uses paper pinney numbers, rider must provide their own vinyl bib. Vinyl bibs are available for purchase at the Event for $20.
