No entry accepted without payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, 12/27/16, or a $25 late fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 12/27/16, or a $25 late fee will be charged. Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt. No entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders and owners at preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $30 USEF show pass fee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number. As of December, 1 2016 all riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level. Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually.
All membership cards and horse numbers have to be to Stable View secretary by 12/27/16 or a $25 late fee will be owed.
REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 12/27/16, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). No refunds after 1/6/17. If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls, change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be mailed or e-mailed. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM.
Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes will be allowed after 1/6/17.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Do not send original Coggins. Check entry status list at www.evententries.com or www.stableviewfarm.com No other notification method will be used.

All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.

Cross Country Courses designed by Captain Mark Phillips (GBR)
P - 2800 m @ 520 MPM. T - 2200 m @ 450 MPM. N - 2000 m @ 400 MPM. BN - 1600 m @ 350 MPM. All courses: Easier to Average for horses with some experience at this level. Courses will be good season starter courses. Cross Country Track is established, irrigated turf on slightly rolling sandy loam soil.

Total maximum entries 140 each day. After 140 a wait list will be compiled for each day.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Dogs must be leashed. Please note updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301.
Ice available in the Main Barn free of charge.
