Weds: Barns open at Noon.
 Arrival inspection FEI classes starts at 8 am. FEI Riders meeting 12 pm. Cross-country courses open-3 pm. CCI1 First Horse Inspection 2:00 pm. 
Fri: Dressage-9 am  CCI **, CIC2*, CCI1* ,I,P; Show Jumping I, CIC2*noon. (Weather permitting SJ outside on top of hill) 
Sat: Dressage T/N/BN  8 am. 
Oakhill side of the facility - CCI **, CIC2*,CCI1*, I. 
Horse Center side: P & some T and all Championship divisions will run on the main complex side approx 10:00;  
Show Jumping
Weather permitting SJ outside on hill, T/N/BN -10 am.
Sun: Third Horse inspection 9:00 AM 
Show Jumping: CCI**, CCI1* , P, training divs that ran XC on Sat; and all Championship divisions (there will be two SJ rings)
Cross-country Non Championship T/N/BN-9 am.

Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry
through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation.

Entry: CCI**;
$400, CCI1*& CIC2* : $335. I : $275. P/T/N/BN: $220  Late Fee $50.
Stabling: $55.per night.
Tack Stalls $55 per night. 
Early Arrival: $55 prior to noon Wed.
Grounds Fee, if not stabling: $40 per horse per day. 
Non-competing horses: $50 plus stabling.
Changes/post entry- after mid night CD: $25. Changes/post entry-after Times Set: $50. Changes/post entry-in Show Office: $50.
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. All entries will receive confirmation via e-mail.  Double entries: NOT Accepted. FEI: Athletes whose Horse’s Passport and/or Recognition Card is not correctly validated, or failing to meet other requirements for vaccination and Equine Anti-Doping and Controlled Medication control (Veterinary Regulations Article 1030) will be subject to Sanctions in accordance with Annex II of the Veterinary Regulations.
Horses competing at FEI Events must comply with the requirements for Equine Influenza vaccination in accordance with the Veterinary Regulations and as summarised below.
Foreign Horses must have an Official FEI Passport. FEI passport is not required for U.S Horses, but a USEF National Passport is required for all U.S. FEI Horses. VET. REGS. APPENDIX VI:  All FEI Riders & Horses must be recorded with the FEI, USEF, USEA. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D-No refund.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses. Non-competing horses are welcome on grounds. $50.00 per horse, plus appropriate stabling fees. Must sign waiver in office and be issued a non-competing horse number. Riding will be restricted to published times and areas . Absolutely NO ATV's allowed at VHC.  Absolutely no motorized vehicles on Cross Country courses at any time. All Withdrawals must be made in writing, postmarked, emailed no later than Closing Date. All changes to entry must be made in writing before C.D., any change to entry stats/stabling /post entries after C.D. a processing fee will be charged according to chart above. Attn: VAHT on entry envelope. ABSOLUTELY NO TELEPHONE WITHDRAWALS, CHANGES, OR STABLING REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Competitor Information
CCI**, CCI1* & CIC2*:  Prize Money , Special award for Best Conditioned horse and Best Turned Out rider,Gifts & 10 ribbons, completion medals.  Horse Trials: Gifts & 6 ribbons. Area II Championships: Winners cooler, 10 ribbons and gifts. Adult Team Challenge: Gifts and team ribbons thru 8.   
$55.00 per day/night. Barns open up noon Wednesday. Early arrivals=$ 55 per night/day; layover additional fees require call ahead to arrange. 800 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided, no initial bedding provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase. All entries must have a stabling form. All stabling requests must be in writing by C.D., additional requests after C.D. subject to $40 processing fee. College Team will be issue a free tack stall for a team of four. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES IN STABLING after Oct 28.  Bedding: Straw & shavings only, Can be ordered direct from Virginia Horse Centre stable office

Book early, busy college weekend. Complete listing of accommodations can be found on website, good deals. 1000 rooms up to 5 miles from event. Camping: The Virginia Horse Center has 78 Camping Spots with 30/50amp electric and water hookups. Reservations can be made online at [email protected] under the facilities link. Selection of reserved site is still first come, first served upon arrival. Camping without reservations will be permitted if there are vacancies. Test & arena sizes: CCI** 2015 FEI Two Star Test B -Std. CCI1*-2015 FEI Eventing One-star Test B-Std. CIC2*-2015 FEI  Eventing Two-star Test B-Std.   All I & ICH-2014 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. All OP and PCH - 2014 Preliminary Test B Std. All P & Friendly ATC-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A -Sm. All T & TCH, Friendly ATC-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. All N & NCH & Friendly ATC-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. All BN & BNCH & Friendly ATC-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm.  Arenas: Bluestone/Perma-flex mix.
CCI** A up to standard rolling terrain course CCI1*- 4300m @520 mpm. Good introduction to the * level. Expect two water complexes, corners, banks, drops, gates, coops, brushes, and rolling terrain. CIC2* & I- 3550m @550mpm. Rolling terrain, Expect two water complexes, corners, banks, drops, skinnies, tech questions. OP & PCH - 3100m @ 520mpm over abreviated CCI* course.  P-3000 m @ 520 mpm; expect water, banks, ditches, corners and skinnies. All T-2300 m @ 450 mpm, expect water, banks, ditches, angled combinations. All N-2100m @ 400 m, expect water, banks , ditch/log, combination. All BN- 1900m @ 350mpm, expect water, intro ditch, step up . All courses: rolling terrain.  All tracks will be aerated if necessary. Cross-country course closed 4 weeks prior to the event.
Other Information:

Area II Championship / Competitor Party  &  Welcome Dinner, Saturday evening 6:30 , Cash Bar available.
Levels may be divided or combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. 
Absolutely NO ATVs allowed at VHC. No motorized vehicle on the cross country course.
Dogs must be leashed. Unleashed dogs will be fined $50 . Will be enforced by security.
