Thu: CIC Informal Horse Inspection 1pm to 5pm: Must have passports with vaccination records. Cross Country Course opens for walking - 3pm.   
Fri: CIC3* & 2* Dressage and Show Jump, Advanced Dressage and Show Jump, Intermediate Dressage and Show Jump; CIC1* Informal Horse Inspection 3 pm to 5 pm

Fees:

Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation.

Entries:
Electronic entries accepted via WWW.EVENTENTRIES.COM - payments may be made by credit card; payment, signature page, and coggins must be postmarked within 5 days of electronic entry and before closing date or entry will be wait listed.  Entries include $25 non-refundable office fee.  $30 fee for bounced checks. US CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY; NO FOREIGN CHECKS.  Include printed, legible, and current email address on entry.  All correspondence from secretary will be via email.  If overbooked, management reserves right to limit a rider to 2 horses in competition.  CIC horses must be registered with USEF & FEI.  CIC3* US horses must have an FEI Passport; CIC2*/1* US horses must have either a National Passport or FEI Passport indicating required influenza primary series & boosters.  All foreign CIC horses must have an FEI Passport.  Please refer to the USEF website www.usef.org for additional information on FEI qualifying requirements.  There will be a $50 fee for returning passports not retrieved at the end of the competition.
Refunds: Before CD - entry & stabling less $25 non-refundable office fee; After CD - no refund, unless there is a wait-list and an entry can be found to fill the spot - then refund less $25 office fee.  No refunds (entry or stabling) after Monday, Sep 26.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation - no refund. 
Scratches/Changes must be in writing via mail, fax, e-mail only.  A fee will be charged for any changes made to entry: $30/change; $50/change after Sep 25.  Any paperwork received after Sep 25, (postmarked or delivered) add $50 fee.  Incomplete entries may be waitlisted.  Negative Coggins required within 12 months for all horses.
Wait List: After entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received.  Only entries paid in full are placed on the wait list.  Once scheduling is completed, substitutions will be made from the wait list by division only.  The wait list expires on Sunday, Sept. 25 at 9pm.
RIDERS MUST BRING PINNY HOLDER WITH THEM.  Morven Park will provide paper numbers for their competitors to insert into their plastic pinny holders.   
Competitor Information
Awards:
Prizes for 1st through 3rd, 8 ribbons per division or in accordance with FEI regs for CIC divisions.
New for 2016: A custom County saddle will be awarded to the lowest scoring adult amateur rider, courtesy of County Saddlery. (Scores will be tabulated from entries in the Novice through Preliminary divisions.)
Stabling/Veterinarian:
Stall $120, initial bedding included.  Tack/Additional Stall $120; 136 perm. 10x10 stalls on grounds.  Stall doors provided.  Temporary stalls may be added if needed and available.  Any horses found in unassigned stalls will be fined $50 and must move and pay fine before Dressage.  Shavings available for purchase, $10/bag.  No straw please.  All stabling requests must have a stabling form submitted to the Secretary by CD.  No motorized vehicles permitted in barns: See section 10.

Cross-country course never open except for scheduled Morven Park schooling days.  Tentative date - Oct 4, 2016, arrivals between 9am & 4pm; watch calendar of events on www.morvenpark.org .  Morven Park Wimert cross-country schooling course available by appt only - call (703) 777-2890 x6614.  DOGS MUST BE LEASHED at all times while on grounds.  USEF rule GR1301.6.  Absolutely NO motorized vehicles left in barns.  NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES OF ANY KIND ON ANY COURSE.  Food available on grounds at Cafe.  State birthdate on entry, otherwise Senior is assumed.  The day divisions run may change due to numbers of entries.  Check online Omni listing for changes.  Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section (we will try to accommodate those preferences, but not always possible) and birth date on entry.
