Stabling:  $115/stall.
Grounds fee: $100 (non-competition horses, includes XC schooling).
Trailer-in Fee: $60 (non-stabled horses) for competition.
Team Competition: Teams of three or four, best three scores to count; all team members at same level; $20 per team.

Entries:
We do not accept double entries. Beginner Novice riders who are not USEA members must include payment of the $25 non-member fee. No USEA membership or starter fees required for Intro riders.  Refunds: Before C.D. - Full refund; after C.D. to August 22: less $50 office fee. After August 22 no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from waitlist, if either are filled either will be refunded. Competition cancellation: No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Neg. Coggins required within 6 months
 for out-of-state horses.
BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay an extra $25 non-member fee. PRELIMINARY must send copy of USEF cards for rider, owner, and trainer.

This event uses paper pinney numbers; rider must provide their own vinyl bib. These pinney holders are available from several online vendors or you may purchase your vinyl bib at the event for $20.
Competitor Information
Awards:
Prizes for 1st - 3rd, and ribbons to 7th. Our September event is the second in our three event series held at Woodland Stallion Station in 2016. We are offering series high point prizes for 1st-3rd: 1st place is awarded a custom Stubben Portos saddle, 2nd place a Stubben bridle and care package, 3rd place Stubben 1207 irons. High point eligibility is for amateurs and junior riders only.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$115/stall. We are offering both permanent and temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided. $100 per day grounds fee for horses not entered in competition. This fee is in addition to the stall fee, and includes cross-country schooling on Sunday after the competition. Bedding available for purchase at show grounds. Shavings - $9/bag.
Veterinarian: TBD. Phone number will be posted at show office in stabling area.

Other Information:
We have listened to your suggestions and are proud to introduce improvements to the show grounds and show structure to facilitate a fun and positive experience for our competitors. Food on grounds.

Trailer-in Fee for non-stabled horses $60.00 for competition.
Cross-country schooling available after the competition, $60.00 fee and trainer must have additional insured certificate for Woodland Stallion Station.
Woodland Stallion Station uses paper pinney numbers, rider must provide their own vinyl bib. Vinyl bibs are available for purchase at the Event for $20.
No dogs allowed on the WSS show grounds.
