From the East (Shreveport Area) – Take I-20 West to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Left (South).  Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.
From the West (Dallas Area) – Take I-20 East to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Right (South).  Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.
From the South (Houston Area) – Take US 287 North to TX-155 towards Tyler.  At FM-2661 turn Left. Left again at TX-64, Right on CR-413, then Left at FM -724.  Follow FM -724 to CR-42 and turn Right. At TX-110 turn Left – TRHP is on the Right.
From the South (San Antonio Area) – Take I-35 North to US-84 and turn Right.  Follow US-84 to TX-31, turn Right.  At FM-314 turn Left, Right on to FM-279, Left on to FM -314 then Right on to CR-4906. At CR-4907 turn Left to a Right turn at CR-4908 (this road turns into CR-426).  At CR-422 turn Right, then Right on to FM-1995 and Right on to TX-110.  TRHP is on the Right.
From the North (Oklahoma City Area) – Take I-35 South towards Dallas to I-635 East to I-635 South to US-80 East to I-20 East towards Shreveport to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Right (South).  Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.

Late fee:  After closing date:  $50.00.
Stabling/Tack Stall: $155.00, Horse Stall includes 3 bags of shavings.  Early move-ins: Arriving before 12:00 noon, Friday June 10th or Late move-outs, after 7:00 pm Sunday will incur additional stall fee of $35.00.  No stabling changes without permission from secretary or $50 fine.
Trailer-in/Grounds Fee:  $60.00 - Non Stabled Horse (haul ins).
Shavings:  Additional shavings may be purchased at $9.00 per bag.    Advance orders for Additional Shavings, should be sent to TRHP by Monday, June 6th, and is highly recommended.   All Shavings orders should be in by 2:00pm each day for same day delivery.  Advance order form can be found at: No Outside Shavings Allowed.
Stall Cleaning Deposit: $25.00 (separate check), check will not be cashed if stall is stripped at end of event. 
Grounds Fee: $60.00 - Non Stabled Horse (haul ins).
Golf Carts:  Golf Carts Available for rent at $75/per day.  Advance reservations for golf carts required, reservation form and payment should be received by May 27th, sent to TRHP. Golf Cart rental agreement at

Camping: RV hookup $35/night (electric/water/dump station).
Advance reservations required, reservation form and payment should be received by June 6th, sent to TRHP. RV Reservation form at

NSF Fee: $50.00. 
Entry fees per division and include a $25 non-refundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. All Intermediate and Preliminary entries, owners and agents must show proof of USEF membership, or pay $30 non-member fee.  All entries must have three signatures, Rider, Owner, and Trainer.

Required: Vaccination, Coggins, Health Certificate Information:
**NEW** USEF Equine Vaccination Rule & Health Requirements for entry to show grounds in 2016:  
All horses entering the show grounds of a USEF licensed competition MUST   be accompanied by documentation showing vaccinations for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (Rhinopneumonitis) within 6 months as well as have a current negative EIA/Coggins test (within 12 months). This is mandatory for every horse entry.  See USEF rule GR845.
Health certificate (30-day) needed on all out of state horses. 

Refunds: Before Closing Date-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After Closing Date-Entry-Less $30 only if place can be filled from wait list. Stable-No refund. No telephone withdrawals accepted, faxes or emails only. 
Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D & M Fees Refund Policy:  The USEA Starter and D & M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Wait List Policy:  After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received.  Only entries received by Closing Date are placed on the Wait List.  All entries received after the closing date are ineligible for the Wait List.  Once scheduling of the competition is complete, substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only.  The Wait List expires on Friday, May 30th at 9 pm.  All checks are destroyed or refunded after the termination of the Wait List.  After the Closing Date and before the termination of the wait list, in order to receive a refund, your spot must be filled from the wait list.  Scratches after the close of the wait list date are not eligible for a refund.  With the expiration of the Wait List, no scratched spots are filled.

$155 /stall (12 x 12) from noon Friday thru Sunday evening. $35 per night for extra nights, early arrivals need to make prior arrangements by calling Texas Rose Horse Park at 903-882-8696. 337 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors.

All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.  Advanced, Intermediate and Preliminary Courses are not move up courses.

All horse trailer parking must be in designated area, at the RV/Trailer parking.  No vehicle parking on main roads between barns, fire and emergency lanes.
