Mapquest & GPS Directions: 329 Apple Grove Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320, Chester County, U.S.
From south: 95N to exit 100, N to Rte. 1, N to Rte. 82 Unionville/Kennett Square exit. Left at ramp, approx. 6 miles through Unionville. No trucks, trailers, or big rigs on Green Valley Rd. or Tapeworm Rd please. Go past Plantation Field 1 1/2 miles turn right onto Apple Grove Rd. to Competitors and Stabling entrance.
From North 95: south to 322, west to Rte. 1 south to Rte. 82 N to right off ramp 6 mi. through Unionville. No trucks, trailers, or big rigs on Green Valley Rd. or Tapeworm Rd please. Go past Plantation Field 1 1/2 miles to right turn onto Apple Grove Rd. Follow signs to Competitor Entrance and Stabling.

Wednesday: Barns Opens: 10:00-5:00 pm; In-Barns for CIC horses: 12:00 - 5:00 pm (other times must be pre-arranged.)  Cross-country courses open: 3 pm.  Dressage (Advanced): 3:00 pm. (depending on entry numbers).
Thursday: 8:00 Dressage.
Friday: 8:00 Dressage.
Sat: 8:00 Show Jumping CIC2/3/ADV. 9:00 Cross Country CIC1.
Sun: 8:00 CIC1 Horse Inspection; 8:30 CIC2/3/ADV Cross Country; 9:30 CIC1 Show Jumping.

Check Plantation Field online Omnibus Listing before entering. All communications via email - must provide legible valid email address. All entries must be typed: NO handwritten entries.
1. Enter ELECTRONICALLY online at www.evententries.com, pay with credit card or check. Immediately mail checks, signature page (download from evententries.com), and legible Coggins to address above or scan and email signature pages and legible coggins to email address above. Entries are not accepted until payment is made. If using FedEx or Overnight Mail signature requirements waived.
2. Paper Entries. Pay with credit card through the Plantation website, or include check and mail to address above. Must be able to read entries, coggins, and email addresses.
3. This event does not accept Xentry.

Fees:
Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions MUST be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx  or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation. See the section below for wait list policy.

Entry: CIC3/2/1: $425.00, does not include stabling.  A: $370.00.
Stabling: $200.00.
Camping/RV Hookup: Call secretary, primitive camping only. No power or water hookups.
Entries:
Check Plantation Field website and online omnibus page before entering. All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: not accepted. Valid email addresses required on each entry blank. All communication will be done by email. All entry blanks must be typed. Refunds: Before CD.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee, notify secretary in writing via fax, email, or letter; After C.D.-Entry/stable-No refund unless spot and/or stall is filled from wait list. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21) are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund. $25 change fee after closing. No changes to entry after Sunday, Sept. 11. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months. Not notifying sec'y of intent not to compete will incur $25 fee. This applies also to no-shows. CIC horses must be registered with USEF, FEI. CIC3* must have FEI Passport; CIC2* & CIC1* U.S horses must have at least a National Passport. Foreign horses must have FEI Passports. CIC competitors must use the 2016 USEA CCI/CIC Entry Form.
If space allows and post entries are accepted a $50 late fee will be charged.
All entries that are incomplete as of Sunday, September 11th 5:00 p.m. will be charged an incomplete fee of $20.00/PER MISSING ITEM (signature page, coggins, or any other items). Using adjustable plastic pinney holders (available from Secretary for $20).

Riders may be limited to 2 horses per level if event is oversubscribed ON OPENING DAY - August 2, 2016. Riders must submit entry with payment to the Secretary as well as entering via the FEI Entry system. Levels may be divided if entries warrant. Only PAID entries will be accepted. Wait List policy: Entries will be accepted based on the postmark of mailed payment, or the date electronic payment was made. Additionally the entry must have been done through the FEI system. Riders should enter via the FEI system prior to or on the Opening Day for regular entry submission of August 2nd. A maximum of 220 CIC entries will be accepted. Entries will be accepted from the wait list by division as space allows.
Competitor Information
Awards:
Trophy & 10 ribbons per division. CIC3*: $15,000; CIC2*: $7,500; CIC1*: $2,500. 
Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. $200/stall from Wednesday am through Monday noon. Further info from Mary Coldren. Bedding available for purchase. Veterinarian: Unionville Equine Center, 610-932-6800 will be posted at stables.

Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: CIC3*: 2015 FEI Three-star Test B-Std. CIC2*: 2015 FEI Two-star Test B-Std. CIC1*: 2015 FEI One-star Test B-Std. A: 2014 USEF Advanced Test B-Std. 

Cross-Country:
CIC3*: 3800m @ 570 mpm. CIC2*: 3500m @ 550 mpm. CIC1*: 3000m @ 520 mpm. A: 3800m @ 570 mpm. 300 acres rolling terrain requiring fit horses. Tracks are aerated. Well established turf. Courses: all courses good preparation for CCI1*/2*/3*. V
Other Information:
Cross-country course closed Aug 1.

Food available on grounds. Trade Fair and Competitors' Hospitality Tent open daily.
No 2-wheelers but golf carts and 4-wheelers are allowed in restricted areas. No motorized vehicles allowed anywhere on XC course. LEASH DOGS! Loose dogs $50 FINE! NO dogs on course! All LOOSE dogs on course $100 FINE! All fees & fines: payable to Plantation Field Course Building Fund.
