Draw checks to KY Classique.  ALL Entries Postmarked ON Opening Date entered in Drawing for $200 cash refund.  Any fees postmarked after Aug. 16th must be either via Money Order or Cashiers Check. Returned checks will be assessed a $50 fee. Please check the fee calculation for your entry carefully. Computational errors or errors triggered by automated entry processes, which result in a refund due, will be charged a $25 handling charge. Should the difference remaining in the refund total be $10 or less, the remainder will be donated to the XC jump fund.
Entry Fees:  AI/I/P: $250.00; T/N/BN:  $230.00. Starter Horse & Pony: $200.00. Pony height must be on the entry, if no height added, enery will default to Open or Rider.
Non-compete Horses: $45.00 plus stabling fees. 
Non-Stabled Horses: $30.00 KHP Facility Fee.
KHP Equine Facility Fee: $10/horse.
**Please Note:
The Kentucky Horse Park $10 (per horse) Equine Facility Fee has been enacted by the KHP to produce a sustainable stream of revenue to support show facility maintenance.  These funds will go into a restricted account that can only be used for footing maintenance and/or replacement, barn repair, water truck/drag maintenance, etc.  This fee will also pertain to non-competing horses, as well as those who choose to show out of their trailers; helping to keep Kentucky Horse Park a world-class facility for years to come. The event does not charge or retain any of this fee.

Entry and scheduling questions must go to the Secretary as above. All divisions include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted.  All funds deposited upon receipt.  Beg. Novice: Please check USEA Membership requirements at US Eventing. Refunds: Before C.D-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry/Stabling-only if spot and stall can be filled.. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
$45 fee for each change after C.D. as schedule permits.  This includes entry and stabling changes.  $50.00 bounced check fee. All withdrawals must be in writing or by email to secy by 9 pm of C.D. No phone messages accepted. Competition cancellation-As expenses allow. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Entry status posted online at Check often for updated information.

Area 8 Championships - A8EC's: Within each division prizes will be awarded for the first 8 placings OVERALL, as well as the highest placing Adult Rider and Young Rider.

 AI/I(CH)/I-2600-3800 m @ 550 mpm. P(CH) & P - 2200-3300 m @ 520 mpm. T(CH) - 2000-2600 m @ 470 mpm; T- 2000-2600 m @ 450 mpm; N(CH) - 1600-2200 m @ 400 mpm; N - 1600-2200 m @ 350 mpm. BN(CH) - 1400-2000 m @ 350 mpm; BN - 1400-2000 m @ 300 mpm.
Starter: 1800m @ 250 mpm, max height 2'3", 10-14 efforts: No drops, only small step up; a simple water crossing may be used; no combinations; no ditches with revetting on the landing side.  All courses: Rolling, open terrain on est. bluegrass. All courses moderate to challenging for the level.  Water, ditch, banks and combinations at all levels. Some narrow faces where appropriate. 3 element coffin at Preliminary, two waters on most courses. Expect water and small bank for BN and an open ditch at Novice.  Expect max number of jump efforts for all levels. Courses will be irrigated and aerovated as weather demands.
