To WEP: I 90 exit #452. North approx. 2 miles on Hwy 87 to Metra/Main St. intersection (will pass Metra stabling on the right). Right on Main St. Continue north approx. 2 miles to Airport Rd intersection, left on Airport Rd., then bear right on Alkali Creek Rd. and continue west on Alkali Creek Rd for approx. 8 mi. Last few miles will be on gravel road. Warfield Park is on the right.

Entry fees include $25 nonrefundable office fee. Entries not paid before Closing Date may be accepted but will be assessed a $50 late fee. No pinney deposit, but $50 charge for lost pinney. USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee and must be paid as provided on entry form. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay additional $25 with entry. All BN riders must have a USEA ID number. All horses competing at the BN level must be registered by USEA with at least Restricted Status. Intro (Elem) competitors: USEA membership and non-member fees are not required and starter fees do not apply. Any changes after CD: $25 office fee. Refunds: Before CD- Full refund; After CD- Partial refund less $25 if medical reason provided. Competition cancellation - No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21) will be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
All out of state horses must have negative Coggins and health certificate within 12 months in rider's possession. Per USEF rule, proof of flu vaccination within 6 months must be available if requested. Inability to furnish proof of vaccination, health certificate or coggins (if needed) may result in disqualification without refund of entry fee.
HT - Nice prizes through 3rd place, Ribbons through 8th place.
Stabling: Permanent covered stabling on site - assigned in order of paid entry. Additional panel stabling with tarp coverings. No hot wires or panels. Barn open Thursday; arrivals before Thursday by permission only. Send $50 separate check for stall strip deposit. P: 3000-3250m @ 520 mpm. T: 2250-2750m @ 450 mpm. N: 1750-2250m @ 400 mpm. BN: 1600-2000m @ 350 mpm. Intro(Elem) speed 300 mpm. All courses average for horses with some experience at this level. XC course closed June 17th.
Spring Eventing Clinic at Warfield Park May 6-8 with Bea di Grazia and Jil Walton. All riders at all levels welcome. Info on website.
The fabulous food truck "Cajun Phatty's will be on site, and will also cater the party (free for all competitors and guests!) on Saturday night under the tent. Saturday Night Dinner/Band. Competitor's party under the tent at 6:30 p.m. with local beer, barbeque, and music from Billing's own Peach Pickers band. FREE for competitors and guests. Dogs must be on leashes. Loose dogs will result in $100 donation to Warfield Park. Cross country schooling allowed after horse trials completion for $45 donation/membership to Warfield Park at show office.
