We encourage early entries so that we can better plan the Horse Trials. PLEASE, ENTRIES MUST BE RECIEVED BY CLOSING DATE! ENTRIES RECIEVED AFTER CLOSING DATE ARE SUBJECT TO A $30 POST ENTRY FEE. Entry Fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay additional $25 with entry. If oversubscribed, priority to USEA members. Double entries: $20. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25; After C.D no refund unless place filled from waiting list. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: USEA Starter and D&M Fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Scratches must be in writing. Preferred method of contact is email. $25 each horse/rider substitution or change after CD. Entries not complete (complete=all fees paid and required information provided) by CD will be charged $35 processing fee. If under-subscribed by CD, post entries will be accepted. Limited. $125 Thursday am to Monday am. Stalls are 10x10 with stall doors. Additional stalls or tack rooms for this period-$25/day. Additional days before or after event-$25/day. 178 perm. stalls on grounds. 1st (one bag) bedding provided. Please include extra bedding requests ($10 per bag) with stall assignments to Sec'y with entry. Feed/hay available for purchase, Diamond C (928)) 337-4474. Cross-country schooling allowed one hour after the last horse on Sunday. Entered horses=$35.00, Non-entered horses=$55.00. Trainer to pick-up pinny and pay the fee at the office.
Entries limited to 120 horses. Rider limit 2 horses/level. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Elouise's Homemade Burritos, Tamales, and other delicious treats available at the Grandstands for breakfast and lunch starting Friday am through Sunday afternoon.
Dogs must be leashed.
Saturday night Competitors Party is complimentary to competitors and their support. Contributions to the X-C Course can be made along with a silent auction with proceeds for the X-C Course and a drawing for the Jump Judge raffle. Good Eats and Good Fun! Don't Miss!
Teams of 3-4, best 3 scores count, team members at same level; $20.00 per team.
There will be a pre-competition level with a maximum height of 2', speed 300 mpm. It will use the BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. The fees will be the entry fee of $200.00 and stabling $125.00.
