From North/South: Route 22 to Amenia, NY. Left (west) on Rt. 44 to Rt. 57 (Shunpike). 3 mi. to competition grounds at corner of Rt. 98 & Rt. 57. 6 miles from the village of Millbrook.

Tentative Schedule:
Friday: Grounds open at 3 PM unless previously arranged. Cross-country courses open 3 PM. 
Saturday: Dressage (All Levels), Show Jumping.
Sunday: Cross Country (All Levels), Show Jumping.
All riders will compete Saturday, and Sunday. The schedule may be adjusted so it is highly recommended that competitors check the website after closing date or when ride times are posted. Final schedule will be posted on the website, www.fitchscorner.com
Starting Times:

Available no later than Wednesday, July 16. Times will be posted at: www.fitchscorner.com or Area I - www.area1usea.org.
Cross-country and Stadium schedules may be adjusted as entries warrant.

Entries:
Electronic entries accepted only with credit card payment. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Note: USEA/USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. Add these association fees to your entry fee. All entries must be received by Secretary by closing date or a $40 late entry fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must arrive by 7/2/15, or a late fee of $40 will be owed. If entry is hand delivered contact must be made with the show secretary. Double entries: Not Accepted. Only USA funds accepted.  Entries limited to 4 horses per rider per level. If overbooked, management reserves right to limit a rider to 2 horses in competition. USEA membership required above BN. BN entries who are not USEA members must pay the non-member fee. Priority given to USEA members. Paper numbers will be issued for Cross Country. Refunds: Before C.D.-Entry & Stabling Less $25 non-refundable office fee; after C.D.-Entry – no refund; stabling – refund only if filled from wait list. No stabling refunds after times are posted. Any entry not complete by closing date will be charged a $40 late fee. Late entry fee will be enforced. All changes must be in writing (fax/email OK) and after closing will be subject to a $30 fee. Competition cancellation-25% of entry fee refunded; no stabling fees refunded. Copy of current Neg. Coggins (within 12 months) must accompany entry or entry will be considered incomplete. USEA Starter and D&M Refund Policy: USEA Starter and D&M Fees shall be returned, within 30 days of the competition, to any rider who withdraws prior to the start of the dressage test. Emergency information box on entry must be filled out or entry is incomplete. $30 charge for bounced check and entry will be wait listed. It is the
competitor´s responsibility to be familiar with qualification requirements & to enter the proper division.

Tiffany & Co Prizes & 8 ribbons per division. Award: Barbara S. Meyer Perpetual Trophy, awarded to the best FCHT competitor overall low scoring active NY/UC Region member of the US Pony Club, sponsored by Millbrook Pony Club (Regional Trophy Presentation with awarded competitor's framed photo.)  
TIP, the Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program, will award Prize Money and Ribbons to the best scoring TB at each level.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Temporary stabling (10x10 stalls) available on grounds. Stall doors provided. Entrance/exit gated. $195 for duration (Friday Noon-Sunday 7 PM). NO INITIAL BEDDING PROVIDED. STABLING OFFICE CLOSES AT 7 PM. Please use only one person's/farm's name for all "stable with" requests. Hay/shavings available for purchase. Email [email protected] to reserve shavings. No straw please! Stalls to be stripped prior to leaving. Veterinarian: Millbrook Equine Veterinary Clinic, 845-677-5500; will be posted at stabling and secretary's stand.

Test & arena sizes: -2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. -2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N -2014 USEF Novice Test B -Sm. BN -2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Sand & grass rings. 

Cross-Country:

Paper numbers will be issued for Cross Country. Bring your own bib. Length of course and optimum times will be posted on the start box and at the secretary stand, Friday by 3 pm. P-3300 m @ 520 mpm. T-2600 m @ 470 mpm. N-2200 m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000m @ 350 mpm. All courses: Attention given to course preparation to achieve excellent footing for tracks over 130 acres of rolling mowed fields. Water, ditch, drops and banks as levels permit. Wide variety of jumps, substantially built and decorated, creating better than average courses for horses with experience at the level. Not considered move-up courses. Course design by Derek di Grazia.

Other Information:
Winners will receive prizes in addition to the Tiffany & Co. silver trophies. 
Cross-country course closed June 3, 2015.

Entry limit 240. If schedule permits, post entries will be accepted at an additional charge of $40 per entry. Divisions may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Management reserves the right to cancel or combine any divisions, and accept or refuse any entry in accordance with Article EV119. Excellent food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. $30 fine enforced. NO unlicensed driver allowed to drive any motorized vehicle on the property at any time. Penalty of $100 fine: Strictly enforced by Security. Non-competing horses: fee $50 plus stabling. Must register with secretary in advance. Current negative Coggins required. Must sign waiver in office and be issued a non competing horse number.
