From West (through Augusta, GA): I-20 to SC exit 18, end of the ramp turn right on Hwy 19. At the second light turn left on Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr.). Follow to Hwy 302 (Wagener Rd.) turn left. Full Gallop Farm is approx. 6 miles on the right.
From East or North (through Columbia, SC): I-20 to SC exit 22. At the end of the ramp turn left on Hwy 1 (York St.). Follow Hwy 1 (York St.) to Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr.) and turn left. Follow to Hwy 302 (Wagener Rd.,) and turn left. Full Gallop Farm is approx. 6 mi. on the right.
From South: I-95 to US-78 W via EXIT 77 toward BRANCHVILLE/BAMBERT. Go 13.1 miles. Turn LEFT onto US-21/FREEDOM RD. Go 0.2 miles. Turn RIGHT onto US-78/W EDWARDS ST. Continue to follow US-78. Go 51.8 miles. Turn RIGHT onto HATCHAWAY BRIDGE RD. Go 4.2 miles. Turn LEFT onto SC-302/SC-4. Go 0.8 miles, farm on the left.

Stall Deposit: $50.00.

XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required--for sale on site for $25 each. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Preliminary & Intermediate level entries; please include a copy of USEF membership card. Priority will be given to Intermediate and Preliminary entries. Double entries: Not accepted. All changes incur a $25 fee, per change. All changes and scratches must be made in writing, or email to secretary. Check for entry status. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Withdrawals must be in writing, or email to secretary.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund PolicyThe USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.  Competition cancellation - No refund: Free cross-country school in future.
Copy of horses Coggins must have a legible "date drawn" and "accession number" and must be provided with entry, "smartphone" photos, must be completely visible with all information.  Any entry that does not have all paperwork including coggins and signatures postmarked or stamped by close date will be considered late and assessed a $50 late fee.  If you must turn the Coggins in when you check in at the event please bring a copy to give to the event to keepwe will not make copies of your Coggins at the event. To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email,  all required information prior to coming to the event.  
If space allows post/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee. ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. This includes coggins, signatures, and required documents.  Funds must be received/or postmarked whether entering electronically or by mail, by 11:59 pm on the closing date or will be considered late.  Late fee policy will be strictly adhered to!     
We do not accept faxes please communicate and send documentation through e-mail (preferred) or by mail.
Entry by is our preferred method of entry. No Canadian or Foreign checks accepted.  All funds must be Drawn off US banks with US routing numbers. 

Competitor Information
Prize & 6 ribbons per division.  The is a TIP program awards show.  Awards for the highest placing off-the-track TB in each level.  Full Gallop also has a year end award program for the top TIP awarded horses.  Please note that ribbons/prizes will not be mailed out.
Limited (120 12x12 perm stalls). $150/stall-9am Friday to 9pm Sunday Additional night stays available $25 per night. $50 stall deposit, returned or ripped up if stall is well cleaned: Check with office to have stall approved before leaving 120 perm. stalls on grounds. Several paddocks are also available for the same stall fee, first come first serve by postmark.  Please write on top of stabling form if requesting a paddock in addition to a stall or in place of a stall.  Off-site stabling if needed will be assigned at several area farms with perm stalls 1-5 miles from event. Please check website for stabling assignments and groupings Stall doors & bulk shavings provided. If you prefer bagged shavings at your stall instead of using bulk shavings you will have to haul to the stall please indicate on the entry.  Bedding is $8 per bag.  Feed/Bedding/Hay available for purchase, further info from sec. Arenas: Sand based turf.

IP/P-2900 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. TN/N-2000 m @ 375 mpm BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm, Starter - 325 mpm -All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level: Jumps are substantial, not a move-up course. Terrain: Excellent footing of sand based turf, rolling pastures, hills, some woods.

Cross-country course closed October 25th, 2015. 
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.  
NOTICE -Full Gallop has instituted a NO DOG policy.  We have recently had some dangerous issues with people bringing dogs on the property.  NO OUTSIDE DOGS WILL BE ALLOWED at Full Gallop Farm only resident Full Gallop farm dogs will be allowed.  This will be strictly enforced!!This will now be in effect for Full Gallop at all times, during events, schooling etc.
No motorized vehicles allowed on Cross Country Course.

Schooling Dressage Tests in front of a judge on Saturday, October 31st if the event is a one day event.

TEAM CHALLENGE:  Teams will consist of four riders competing in the same Division (P, T, N, BN or Starter Division). The best three weighted scores will be used to determine final team standings.  Write your team name on your entry form.  If you wish to ride on a team but do not have enough riders to form one please email the Secretary and she will help you get on a team.  There is no additional fee to compete as a team.  Prizes awarded to first place winners of each Division at the conclusion of this event. There must be a minimum of three teams at the level to run the team challenge at that level.
in conjunction with the USC Aiken Eventing Team and Full Gallop Farm we are offering the inaugural USC Aiken Eventing Team College Team Challenge -  Enter your College Team (may be across Divisions) for the College Team Grand Prize.There is no additional fee to compete as a team.  Prizes will be awarded to all members of the first place team.
