From Hwy. 99: Herndon exit (10 miles north of downtown Fresno). East across Union Pacific RR (at traffic light) & immediately (50 feet) turn north on Weber Avenue. Continue thru village (25 mph speed limit!) to grounds - 1/2 mile.

Stabling: $125/stall. $35/night extra stabling.
Haul In Fee: $60/horse/weekend.
Grounds fee: $100/non-competing horse (includes XC schooling Sunday after show).
Teams: $5/person.
Entries:
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! For entries received after closing date a late fee of up to $50 will be charged. $25 change fee for any changes made after closing date. Double Entry-$25. Incomplete Entries - $15, for all entries with missing signatures or full payment not with entry. Refunds: Before C.D. - Full Refund; after C.D. to Oct 6-Less $25 office fee. After Oct. 6 no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list. If either are filled either will be refunded less $25 office fee.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out of state horses.
BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay an extra $25 non-member fee. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, owner, and trainer.

Awards:
HT: Ribbons 1st to 7th, prizes for 1st - 3rd place. 
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$125/stall from noon Wed. to 8 am Mon. $35/night for early arrivals. 240 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided. $100 GROUNDS FEE FOR HORSES NOT ENTERED IN THE COMPETITION, THIS FEE IS IN ADDITION TO THE STALL FEE and includes Cross-Country Schooling on Sunday after the show. Shavings-$9/bag, please order in advance by email to [email protected]. Veterinarian: Liz Bracken # will be posted on bulletin board at show office. Cross-Country:
I-3100m @ 550 mpm. P-2600 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 470 mpm. N-1900 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm. Intro-1300 m @ 300 mpm.,  Height 20" - 24", 12-13 efforts. All courses:  Average, for horses with some experience at this level.
Other Information:
Cross-country course closed Oct. 10th at sundown.
Dressage Tests of Choice: 11:00-4:30. CCI Tests may be ridden. Show Jumping Tests of Choice: 11:30-12:15-Intro; 12:15-1:15-BN; 1:15-2-15-N; 2:15-3:00-T; 3:00-3:45-P; 3:45-4:10-I; 4:10-4:30-A. $25 per test, sign up first come first served starting Friday at 9:00 am in show office.
Divisions may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food on grounds.
Team Competition: Teams of 3/4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level $5/per team member.
FCHP uses paper pinney numbers, rider must provide their own vinyl bib. Vinyl bibs are available for purchase at the Event for $20.
