Directions:
From Westminster, MD and points North: Follow Rte 140 East from Westminster or West from Reisterstown to Rte 91 (Gamber Road) in Finksburg. Take Rte 91 South toward Gamber. Turn left at the first light onto Deer Park Road and proceed 1 mile to Louisville Road. Turn right onto Louisville Road and proceed approximately 1 mile. Full Moon Farm is on the right. Turn into the driveway by the Full Moon Farm sign.
From Interstate I-70: Take I-70 East from Frederick or West from Baltimore to Rte 32 North. Proceed approximately 8 miles North on Rte 32 where you will cross over Liberty Reservoir and go up a long hill. Turn right onto Bollinger Mill Road. Go ONLY 50 yards and turn left onto Louisville Road. Follow Louisville Road approximately 0.8 miles. Full Moon Farm is on the left. Turn into the driveway by the Full Moon Farm sign.
From Baltimore: From I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) take I-795 North to Rte 140 West (Exit (9B). Turn left onto Rte 91 (Gamber Road). Turn left at the first light onto Deer Park Road and proceed 1 mile to Louisville Road. Turn right onto Louisville Road and proceed approximately 1 mile. Full Moon Farm is on the right. Turn into the driveway by the Full Moon Farm sign.

Sat: Cross Country course open- 3pm.
Sun: Dressage (T/N/BN)- 7:30 am; Show Jumping (T/N/BN)- 8:30 am; Cross Country (T/N/BN) 9:00 am. Other unrecognized divisions may be running concurrently in separate arenas/courses (S/E).
***Note: All riders will have published XC times being APPROX. 30 min after published SJ ride; further details on website when closer to the event.

Starter and Intro: USEA Membership/non-membership fees are waived and the USEA Starter Fee does not apply.


If any paperwork (coggins, signature page, USEA #...) is due at the event there is an additional $25 fee that will be collected with the paperwork before the packet is released.
Entries:
?Paper number pinneys will be in effect for cross-country. Riders must bring pinney holder with them; limited quantities available for purchase from the show office. All entries include a non-refundable $25 office fee.
?Riders are responsible for including a printed, legible and current email address on entry-all correspondence from secretary will be via email.
?Refunds: Before CD: Entry less $25 non-refundable office fee.  With any entry, change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed, ANY change to the entry must be in writing -- email or U.S. Mail. 
After the CD: With any entry, change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division allowed -- change fee of $35. ANY change to entry must be in writing--email or U.S. Mail. Absolutely NO telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. NO REFUNDS. ANY PAPERWORK RECEIVED after the CD, as listed above. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
If space allows and POST ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED, they will be charged the late fee as listed above.

?SCRATCHES/CHANGES: Must be in writing either email ([email protected]) or U.S. Mail. Changes to entry between Closing Date and November 9th: $35. Changes to entry between November 10th and the event conclusion: $50.
?POST ENTRIES: If space allows and post entries accepted, they will be charged the fee listed above; all other refund/scratch/change fees still apply. ANY entry received after the CD will be considered LATE with the fee listed above applying.
Any electronic entry made prior to CD must be complete within 5 days after CD or will be considered LATE with the appropriate fee (see above) - applying and will not be scheduled until all paperwork and fees are collected.

AREA II Adult Riders and AREA II Young Riders have kindly provided ribbons for an Adult Team Competition and a Young Riders Team Competition at the Horse Trials. If you are interested in joining or forming a team please email the secretary. There is no fee for the either Competition and you do not need to be a member of Area II. Teams are comprised of 3 or 4 riders.

Open team competition - make up your own team of 3 or 4 riders.  Entry fee $5 per rider.

Awards:
Prize and 8 ribbons per division. Cash certificate for 1-3rd places.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited permanent stalls available off site with doors. $70 per night. $50.00 Muck Fee, separate check. Vet info will be available at the secretary stand.

Cross-Country:
T- ?2400m @ 450mpm. N- ?2200m @ 350mpm. BN- ?1600m @ 300mpm. Intro- 1200m Starter- 800m. Training and Novice will be end of season courses.  Previous experience at the level will be helpful. All courses feature rolling terrain and water.
