From I-80: Follow billboards to the Wyoming Territorial Prison & State Historic Site! Take the Snowy Range exit #311, go east one block to McCue Street, go north approx. 1/2 mile to COMPETITOR'S ENTRANCE signs - approx. 1/2 mile north of the Historic Site's main parking lot - DO NOT PULL THROUGH MAIN PARKING LOT.  REALLY LARGE TRAILERS - use Exit #310/Curtis Street Exit & go east to first light; take a right onto McCue Street and go 1/2 mile to "COMPETITOR'S ENTRANCE" on left.

Tentative Schedule:
Sat: Schooling show jumping rounds: 9:00 am sign-up; Rounds 10:00 am to 3 pm beginning w/BN-E ($10/ 3 min. round; mult. rounds allowed). Cross-country course open-3 pm. Competitors' meeting & official course walk-5 pm. 
Sun: Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping 11 am; Cross-country-11:30 am.

Entry: P/T/N/BN/BN-Easy: $210.00; or $190.00 postmarked opening date.
Stabling: $20 per day.
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Note: USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee; these fees should be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form, totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event with your entry. Use the current Horse Trials Entry and Stabling Forms.  Out-of-state horses must include a copy of negative Coggins within the last 12 months. Health Certificate required for all out-of-state horses - bring health cert with you. All attachments must be included with entry. Failure to do so could result in denial of the entry. Incomplete entries will be returned. Double entries: accepted.  IMPORTANT - BN COMPETITORS - designate BN or BN-Easy on your entry form, or e mail show secretary for proper BN section.  Changes: $30 per horse/rider per division after C.D., space permitting. Other requirements: All Preliminary riders must be a USEF member or pay the $30 USEF nonmember fee. Preliminary competitors include copies of the USEF card with entry. All competitors must be USEA members; except, BN competitors may pay $25 non-member fee. State birth date on entry. $25 charge for lost pinny. Management reserves right to combine, split, or cancel classes; cancel or add judges as entries warrant, and refuse any entries. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee & organization fees; After C.D.- USEA/USEF fees only - no other refunds. Competition cancellation-No refund. Event Venue Rules: State Park wrist bands required by ALL persons on grounds at ALL times; NO smoking on grounds except in your personal vehicle - State Site rules & extreme fire hazard; no alcohol except in enclosed vehicle; Competitors & visitors MUST check in with Event Secretary & receive wrist-band to permit attendance on Site.

Stabling: Limited on-site, uncovered, tarpable stalls; $20 per day. Stall doors provided. Available on a first come basis. Off-site covered stabling is available through private individuals.

Test & arena sizes: P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm.  T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm.  N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm.  BN/BN-Easy: 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm.  Arenas: Grass.
Approximate course specifications: P-2500 m @ 520 mpm. T-2300 m @ 450 mpm. N-1900 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm; BN-Easy- 2'3" 1600 m @ 300 mpm. (Distance and speed subject to change). Terrain: grass/pasture, berms, water complex, etc.  P/T/N/BN: Average difficulty for horses with some experience at these levels. BN-E = easy.
Other Information:
Cross-country course closed July 19. The Wyoming Territorial Prison & State Historic Site offers lots of attractions for the family and competitors & your REQUIRED WRIST BAND gives you access to the entire site: Prison Museum - the prison was constructed in 1872 and held outlaws like Butch Cassidy, until 1903 when the prison became a stock farm. The Horse Barn has an exhibit hall with a terrific draught exhibit and turned 100 years old in 2010!

No unleashed dogs & owners must clean up after dogs.
