From I-90 East or West: Exit 129 south 1 mile. Camplex facility on left. At 4-way stop intersection, take Boxelder east 1/2 mile to entrance of stabling.
From South Highway 59: At second traffic light, take Southern Dr. east & north. 2 miles to Camplex, At 4-way stop intersection take Boxelder . mile east to entrance of stabling. Follow sign to stabling, Cross- country course, 1/2 mile east of racetrack and stabling.

If entering electronically, payment, signature page & coggins must be postmarked within 5 days of entering.  Scratches/Changes must be in writing via email only. CHANGES after closing date will be charged $30. Neg. Coggins within 12 months must accompany entry for out of state horses. Intro participants are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership fees are waived and the USEA Starter Fee does not apply. 
If space allows and post entries are accepted they will be charged an additional $30 late fee. ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $30 late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETED within 5 days after Closing or will also be considered a late entry and charged the $30 late fee. Late fee policy will be strictly adhered to!

Entries:
All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. BN and above must be USEA members and horses must be registered with USEA.  Intro is exempt from USEA Starter/D&M fees and USEA membership/non-membership fees are waived. Combined Test must be a USEA member of pay a $25 USEA non-member fee & horse requirements & the USEA Starter Fee does not apply. $30.00 fee for any changes or entries after closing date. Double entries: Not accepted.  If using XEntry please remember that entry must be paid & signed paper copy sent to secretary to be considered entered.  . Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry-No refund. Competition Cancellation:  refund after competition expenditures.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Awards:

Awards & ribbons to 6th place after each division. Three (3) 1st place winners receive the coveted Powder Basin Belt Buckle.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Fri-Sun $30.00 per night. 100 perm stalls on grounds. Bring Your Own Bedding.  Shavings will be available to purchase at the office. Send stabling form & money with entry to sec´y. Veterinarian: Red Hills Vet Clinic, (307) 696-2525 .

Test & arena sizes:  CT-P/PT-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice B-Sm. Intro-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm.  Arenas: Sand.
Cross-Country:
Mostly solid facing jumps using large materials in friendly shapes.  Banks, ditches, 2 waters & substantial terrain.  New Course Designer is setting track to encourage more forward riding to make optimum time more attainable.  PT/T-2337m @ 440 mpm. N-1919m @ 370 mpm. BN-1858m @ 300 mpm. Intro: Fairly level, options at water.  All times and distances are approximate.
Other Information:
Cross-country course closes June 23rd.  Food on grounds. DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AND ATTACHED TO A PERSON AT ALL TIMES. Competitor Party Free to all - Saturday evening at Office.
