Thurs: Cross-country courses open for inspection-3 pm.
Fri: 8:00 a.m. P and T Dressage and Show Jumping.
Sat: 7:30 a.m. P and T Cross-country.  All N, BN and Starter Dressage. All BN/Starter Show Jumping.  Some Novice Show Jumping. Some Novice divisions will do Cross-country.
Sun: 7:30 a.m. All BN/Starter Cross-country.  Remaning Novice Cross-country and Show Jumping.

Entry: IP:  $235.00  P/PT: $215.00;  T/N/BN: $195.00 Starter: $170.00 ( Starter do NOT  pay non-member or starter fees).
Post Entry Fee (Late Entry): $45.00.
Stabling: $50/night Thurs-Sun.  Horse Park charges more for early arrivals or late departures($60/night).
Facility Fee: $ 45.00 weekend (non stabled horses).
Non-compete horses: $30.00 (plus facility fee or stabling fee) Must fill out entry form and receive ID numbers from secretary.
Entries:
XENTRY is preferred method of entering. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted.  NO FAXED OR INCOMPLETE ENTRIES ACCEPTED (must include stabling and all fees). We will not accept any entry by mail/overnight that will require secretary´s signature to receive. Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-No refund. Stabling-Less $10. NOTE: All withdrawals must be in writing & emailed or faxed by C.D. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the
dressage test. $100 fee for each change of entry after C.D. Changes within division only after July 4. Competition cancellation-No refund. Any addition error resulting in a $10 or less overage will be donated to the x-c jump fund. No entries are complete without fees enlcosed.  Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses; must accompany entry; health papers according to state vet requirements at time of show.  All arrivals make sure to have copy of Coggins/Health Cert as the State Vet. is at Park entrance and checking. Any incomplete or illegible entries not accepted.  $60 charge for bounced checks. Please double check for errors any entries made through EventEntries.com. Check www.champagnerun.com for entry status and all updates. No acceptance letters will be sent. Please include legible email on entry form.  IT IS RIDER RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK STATUS ON WEBSITE BEFORE CLOSING DATE.  ACCEPTED ENTRIES WILL BE ON WEBSITE WITHIN  4 DAYS OF BEING RECEIVED.
Competitor Information
Awards:

Trophy & 10 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
$50/night Thurs-Sun.  Horse Park charges more for early arrivals or late departures ($60/night). 800 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors only provided. Feed/hay/bedding/paddocks, golf carts available for purchase/rent from Dever Hay Grain & Bedding (800) 714-2201. You must call for bedding in advance for late night arrivals. NOTE: If you have a group wishing to stable together you MUST use either 1 person´s name or the stable name. This is the only way to ensure you are stabled together. Stall doors only provided. If not stabling on grounds you must include one time $45/horse facility fee for entry to be complete. Non-competing horse fee: $30 plus faciility ($45) or stall fee. Tack stall fees: $50/night. Veterinarian: Dr. Chris Newton, Rood and Riddle Equine. Any requested stabling assignment change (if different from that on entry stabling form) will incurr a $25 fee, if we are able to make the change.  $50 charge for any stabling changes not made by secretary.

Dressage:
Test & arena sizes: IP- 2014 USEF Intermediate Test A -Standard.  All P/PT-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Standard.  All T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. All N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. All BN- 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. All Starter- 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand.
Cross-Country:
IP/P-3000 m @ 520mpm. PT/T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm. Terrain: Open, rolling Bluegrass.  All courses: Moderate difficulty, suitable for horses with some experience at their level.  Be prepared to see most questions suitable for each level.   Starter-12-14 Fences, Maximum height 2'3", 1400-1600 meters.  Not timed, great intro for horse or rider first time at a bigger show.
Other Information:

Cross-country course closed.  May have schooling on Sun after event, see www.champagnerun.com for details after closing date.   Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. TRADE FAIR! Please do not switch or use stalls without contacting the sec´y. Will be fined $50.
