(Stabling) From I-94 Ann-Arbor Saline Rd exit #175 go south . WFCG on left. Stabling Barn E. Map will be posted with other directions directly to show grounds. Alternate if Road Closed to showgrounds, South on Zeeb past Liberty to Scio Church, go right (w) to Strieter, go right (n) to Liberty, go right (E) to Honey Run Dr.

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN (HT) and any CT competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry; starter fees do not apply for CT. Starter HT division is exempt from USEA membership/non-member fee and USEA Starter/D M fees do not apply Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee.-withdrawals must be in writing,email. After C.D.-Entries/stabling-Only if place can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-Refund after expenses. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for in-state. $15 fee for each change after C.D. Post entries: All entries that MAY be accepted after CD $25 fee, payable, cash, money order only. USEA starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
$500 Prize money for Preliminary division. Award & 8 ribbons per division HT. 1-6 ribbons CT. Throughbred Incentive program (TIP) awards, ribbons prize $$ totaling $400 for best scoring TB in each division (not to include Starter or CT).(Must include copy of their TIP card with entry)
$75 duration plus $20 separate check muck fee per stall (check will be destroyed if left clean). Stalls 7 miles away at Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds, 5055 Ann Arbor Saline Rd., limited # 35 perm. box stalls with doors & cement flooring; Stalls must be stripped with stall cards left for refund muck fee. 1 sawdust provided (no straw please). Request additional sawdust ahead of time-$8.00/bag. Veterinarian: Dr. Romine, number will be posted on grounds, stabling & program.

Approx. P-2900m @ 520 mpm. PT/T.-2500 m @ 420 mpm. N.-1900 m @ 375mpm. BN-1400 m @ 350 mpm/max. Starter - 1000 m not timed. Terrain: NEW WATER COMPLEX, ditch, banks appropriate for level, on all courses, Starter water option. X-C course flat and open with short path thru woods. BN good for horses with some experience, N & T good move up course with some challenges, P more technical . Good footing in any weather. Show Jumping and warm-up on Grass.
Cross.-country course closed June 6 MIDNIGHT. Entry limit 125. Riders limited 3 horses entire event unless space permits. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food and Portable Tack shop on grounds. Special award to highest placing Pony Club Rider per HT division. STARTER HT NEW THIS YEAR. CT STARTER if entries warrant. Encore Stimulus Deal: Free schooling after XC on Encore course, June 28 if you get your complete HT entry in withing the first 7 days after opening date.
