Entry fees: Online entries with Xentry now accepted and preferred. When entering through Xentry online & paying with a Credit Card, it is not necessary to send anything to the Secretary. Any remaining paper work and stall deposits can be taken care of at check-in at the Event. If using Xentry but not paying online with a C.C. you MUST mail ( and be received by the Secretary) all appropriate paperwork and fees in order for your entry to be processed. Double entries: Not accepted. I and P entries must include copy of their USEF membership card. OBN competitors who are not USEA members must pay additional $25 with entry. If oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members. Stall cleaning deposit $20: include separate check with entry; returned for cleaned (not stripped) stall. $20=Lost pinny (do not send check). Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-No refund unless place filled from waiting list, then entry less $25. Competition cancellation=50% entry & 50% stabling returned. $25 fee for each change after closing date. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.All refund checks made out to the rider.Preliminary and Intermediate riders need to provide active USEF Number with entry.

Prize Money 1st thru 3rd place T/N/BN. $2,000 in prize money for I & P (I=$700, $300, $200) (P=$500, $200, $100). Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Thomas W. Parker Young Rider Award at Prelim. Separate dressage ribbons - 8 per division. $100 to best scoring current Pony Club member: To be considered, current Pony Club affiliation, info must be on entry. AN/BN awards given following approx.30 min. inquiry period after XC for each division. I/P/T unmounted Formal Awards Ceremony following approx. 30 min. inquiry period after last XC Division. Chilcott Perpetual Cup will be presented to the lowest scoring competitor who is a current Pony Club member, regardless of Region/Club, age, rating, or Division. The competitor described above will receive $100 cash prize, a small commemorative trophy award, and have his/her name engraved on the base of the perpetual Chilcott Cup to be displayed in the clubhouse at the Erie Hunt & Saddle Club. Please include Pony Club affiliation with entry. Lake Erie Classic - Awards and prize money for P/T/N/BN to 3rd place for best overall placing in both horse trials. To be awarded at the Erie Hunt & Saddle Club Horse Trials in Aug.T.I.P. is offering ribbons, prizes and prize money to the top placing Thoroughbred at each level. The reserve highest placed Thoroughbred will receive a ribbon. Eligible horses must provide T.I.P. numbers to the Event Secretary with entry. Limited on ground stabling: $55/stall/night. 10x10 110 perm. stalls with stall doors and 12 temp. 10x12 stalls at Ferghana (Across street from EHSC - site of one Dressage ring and XC). Additional off grounds stabling available 7 miles away. Stabling assigned in order as entries received. No initial bedding provided. Extended stabling at no cost available. Approx. jumping efforts: BN=14, N=16, T=20, P=26, I=30. N/BN: Easy, good for first time at this level. T/P: Average, for horses with some experience at this level. I: Good intro. at this level. Water jumps flagged and numbered for I/P/T/N; may be optional for BN. All courses will be "agrivated" as needed to improve footing.
Cross.-country course closed as of November 30, 2014. Entry limit 160. Rider limit 2 horses/level; 3 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences (1st, 2nd, 3rd) under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. All riders please fill in the experience section of the entry form to better place you in appropriate Division. All riders must have own Pinnies. Food on grounds beginning Saturday, including full breakfast at 6:30 am Sat/Sun. Dogs must be leashed. No grounds, camping or pinny fees.
