ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries recieved after closing date a post entry fee up to $50 will be charged. $25 change fee for any changes made after closing date. Paper pinneys used. Incomplete Entries - $15. Refunds: Before C.D. - Full Refund; after C.D. to July 28-Less $25 office fee. After July 28 no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from waitlist, if either are filled either will be refunded. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins not required. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay an extra $25 non-member fee. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner or non-member fee. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Competitor Information
Trophy and 7 ribbons per division. Prize Money A-$1500; I-$900; P-$600.

$145/stall from noon Wednesday to Noon on Monday. 360 temporary stalls on grounds. stall doors & initial bedding only provided. Trailer In Fee - $75 for non stabled horses. Non competing horses $60 facility use fee. Feed/bedding/hay available for purchase, Shavings @ $10/bag (please order in advance). Feed/bedding/hay available for purchase at local store, further info from the secretary. Veterinarian: TBD. # will be posted at show office.


Creekside Inn, Palo Alto-5 mi., (650) 493-2411. Motel 6, Palo Alto-6mi., (650) 949-0833. Sheraton, Palo Alto-5 mi., (650) 328-2800 Camping: R.V. hook-ups available-$50/day water & electric hook ups. No open fires on the property. Non-Hook up living quarter overnights available for $15/night.

Test & arena sizes: I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A -Sm.  T-2014 USEF Training Test B -Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B -Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B -Sm. Arenas: Sand.
I-3100m @ 550 mpm. P-2700m @ 520 mpm. T-2100m @ 470 mpm. N-1800m @ 400 mpm. BN-1600m @ 350mpm. All courses: Average, for horses/riders with some experience at these levels. Courses have more terrain, than other CA courses.
Other Information:
Cross-country courses closed July 21 at dark. Tack stalls recommended.  Find out how to save $25/half day for volunteering by visiting Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed – a $100 fine will be assessed for any dogs not on a leash. Team Competition: Teams of 3/4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/member. Party: Saturday night, 6 pm; Extra tickets-$20 per ticket.
