Sat: BN Dressage-8:00 am;  I/P, P, T, N Cross-country-9:00 am;  BN Show Jumping 1:00 pm; Comp party pm
Sun: BN Cross country 9:00 am;  I/P, P, T, N Show Jumping-9:00 AM 
This schedule is tentative dependent upon number of entries in each division and weather.

I/P, P, T, N, BN: $235.00 includes new BH Park District 15.00 user surcharge. FRVPC HT price has not changed

ENTRIES WILL BE LIMITED TO 250 TOTAL HORSES. Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. $50.00 NSF fee. Stabling is Thursday 12:00 pm - Sunday 5 pm. Clean Stall Deposit check will be destroyed after inspection if stall is stripped.   Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders must have a current USEA number.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals must be received in writing by mail, email or fax by 9:00 PM CST Closing Date. After C.D.-No refund. Competition cancellation - No refund.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the
dressage test.
Copy of neg. Coggins dated within 12 months of competition, must be mailed to the secretary. FRVPC and BHPD releases must be mailed to Sec.
Entry status will be posted to the website and emailed. Scratches & changes must be emailed or faxed with complete info, including rider, horse & division.  No matter what level you ride, you must submit the 2015 Entry Form signature page signed by rider, owner/agent and trainer.  Forms can be founds at
Competitor Information
Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Special prizes sponsored by Barrington Saddlery. Many perpetual trophies, with silver awarded. The FRVPC XC Technical Merit award - judged by our celebrity guest professional rider (past riders: Allison Springer, Peter Gray, Clayton Fredericks, Will Coleman) will be awarded at the Comp party. 
Stabling on site, temp & perm. stalls with doors-$175 Thurs-Sun. Request for group stabling use one name i.e: barn or trainer. North Central Prairie Pony Club Rally participants should indicate NCPR RALLY on stabling form. Initial bedding provided. Additional bedding for sale onsite. IP-2014 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std.  P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas and Warm-up: Sand & grass. Note I/P and Prelim tests will be in standard arena on sand.
IP/P-2800+/- m @ 520 mpm; T-2550+/- m @ 450 mpm N-2050+/- m @ 400 mpm BN-1600 m+/- @ 350 mpm.  Natural grass footing well maintained and aerovated. Terrain is wooded trails, prairie, gently rolling country. Average difficulty for horses with some experience at these levels. Visit virtual course walk at for more information.
Other Information:
Cross Country course closed sunset, Thursday, May 28.  Cross country maintenance program is ongoing. We are continually developing new tracks, aerovating and seeding, and adding new jumps at each level. Please refrain from schooling when the ground is soft and wet! We are privileged to be able to use the Spring Creek Forest Preserve of Cook County. Please respect their regulations: NO UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES ON CROSS COUNTRY COURSE. NO BIKES ON COURSE. NO CAMPING, TENTS OR FIRES ALLOWED.  ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED. We will be providing spectator and trainer transportation to cross country.
Pony Club Rally participants should indicate division and level as well as Pony Club Rally. Levels may be eliminated/divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and include birth date on entry.
No matter what level you ride, you must submit the 2015 Entry form signature page signed by rider, owner/agent and trainer.
All riders must sign  the Barrington Hills Park District Release and FRVPC Release. If you are under 18 years old,  release forms must be signed by your Parent/Guardian. 
Mail/fax to secretary with rider information clearly listed or bring to Check-in.
Food on grounds. Whole Foods Competitors Party Saturday evening.
