From Winchester, VA: Rt. 7 East to 1st Purcellville exit. At bottom of ramp, turn right. At 7-11 Store, turn right on Rt. 690 South. Travel 6.8 mi. to left turn on Jeb Stuart Rd. Parking at 1st drive on right. DO NOT FOLLOW MAPQUEST directions turning you onto Snickersville Turnpike to access Jeb Stuart Rd.  

From Leesburg, VA: Rt. 7 West to exit for Rt. 287. At bottom of ramp, turn left. At T-intersection, turn right. Travel through Purcellville to 2nd 7-11 store. Turn left on Rt. 690 South. Stabling: $120 for the weekend at Morven Park; or $100/night or $265 Thursday-Monday at Great Meadows.
Double Entries:
$25.00.
Post Entry Late Fee: $50.00.
Missing Item Fee: $20 per item.
Entries:
Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. $25 change fee for each change made to entry. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D–no refund Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months. If space allows and post entries are accepted there will be a $50 late fee. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Note: all entries not COMPLETE by Sunday June 14 will be charged a $20 per missing item fee. This includes signature pages, coggins, USEA numbers.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Stabling: $120/weekend at Morven Park. 2 bags initial bedding provided, additional bedding must be pre-ordered. Stalls do not need to be stripped. Please send stabling form with entry to Mary Coldren with payment of $120/stall. Stalls limited, book early

Stabling is also available at Great Meadows for $265 for Thursday-Monday or $100/night, but all horses at GM will be required to have proof of inoculations per FEI guidelines. Passports will not be required for Horse Trial horses, but vaccination records will be. Please contact Mary Coldren directly if you wish to stable at Great Meadows. Veterinarian: # will be posted at sec´y´s office. Vet on grounds for competition.

Approx. 20 miles: Holiday Inn, (703) 771-9200. Comfort Suites, (703) 669-1650. Best Western, Leesburg, (703) 777-9400. Days Inn Leesburg, (703) 777-6622. Hampton Inn, (800)HAMPTON. Camping: Not available, no RV hook-ups on grounds.

Test & arena sizes: I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Grass.
Cross-Country:
I-2900m @ 550 mpm. P-2500m @ 520 mpm. T-2200m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m 400 mpm. BN-1800m @ 350 mpm. Open rolling pastureland, moderate difficulty. Tracks will be aerated.
Other Information:
Cross-country course open for schooling after June 26 by appointment. Call Surefire Farm (540) 338-0797. Concessions available on grounds. Dogs are welcome, but must be leashed at ALL times per USEF rules. Water for horses will be provided, but it is recommended that you travel with some if you can.
