Sat: Dressage 7:30 am; Show Jumping-10 am;  Competitor's Party-6:30 pm.
Sun: Cross-country-8 am.

Entry:  Per division: I/IP/P-$280.00; T/N/BN-250.00;  CT: $175.00; Intro: $175.00.
Stabling: $130.00.
Non-competing horses: $100.00, plus stabling.
Camping: $20/night, per rig. Also $20 per night per tent (Please include with entry).
Teams: $5.00 per person. 
Party: $15.00 (addt´l tickets).
Haul-in fee: $75.00 for the weekend, due with entry.

We are using plastic, reusable competition pinnys, available at Bit of Britian://www.bitofbritian./competitionPinny_p/3712.htm. Also available at show office for $20.00. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER CLOSING DATE ARE SUBJECT TO A $30 POST ENTRY FEE.  An entry is considered complete if it is received by hard copy, or Xentry, with full payment before closing date. Entries post marked for closing date are ok.  If your entry fulfills these requirements, you will not be charged a late fee.  Entry Fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double Entries: Accepted, non-refundable $20 fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay additional $25 with entry. Intro entrants are exempt from the USEA Starter and Drug fees and member/ non-member fees. CT entrants are exempt from the USEA Starter and Drug fees, but non-members must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee.  Full refund before CD: After C.D. less $25  office fee;  After C.D. no refund unless entry  can be filled from a waitlist.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
$25.00 fee for changing horse/rider/level after CD. Entries not complete (complete=means all fees paid and required information provided) by closing date will be charged a $35 prossing fee. Competition cancellation-No refund. Absolutely no arrivals prior to 10 am Thursday 7/11/13. Stabling limited; 200 stalls on grounds. PLEASE ORDER YOUR SHAVINGS with YOUR ENTRY. SHAVINGS ARE $10.00 PER BAG. $130/stall Thursday 10 am to Monday 10 am. Stall doors,  1 bag Initial bedding provided. $75 trailer-in fee for the weekend, for non stabled horses. $100, for non-competing horses, plus stabling.  If however you plan to compete the following weekend your horse is not considered non-competing. Non-competing horses will be issued bridle tags that must be worn at all times after 3 pm Friday. For horses staying over for Coconino II, add 1 nights ($25). Feed/hay/bedding available for purchase; further info from sec´y. Stabling requests must accompany entry.

I-2800 m @ 530 mpm.  P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1600 m 350 mpm. Intro-1500 m 300 mpm. water option. Terrain: High elevation,6500', Fit horses please. water on all courses; Good footing, lots of trees. winding through forest, some rolling terrain.
Other Information:
Cross-country course closed. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and rider´s birth date on entry. Entry limit: 200.  Dogs must be leashed. $50 fine for loose dogs; money donated to the course development fund. No unauthorized motorized vehicles on the cross-country course. Teams of 3-4, best 3 scores count, team members at same level, $5 per person. Party: 6:30 pm, Saturday, buffet one ticket included with entry. Additional tickets $15. Cross-country schooling for two hours (time & conditions permitting), following last horse to go on Sunday; a fee of $40 for entered horses, non-entered horses, $60; free for horses entered in both events. Trainer must pick-up pinney and pay secretary.

We will be offering the Coconino Challenge.  This is for horses entered both weekends Summer I & Summer II. Great prizes!
