Entry: All USEF/USEA divisions  P, T, N, BN: $190.00; Intro Starter Test: $170.00.
Stabling: $150.00 per stall.
Grounds Fee: $30.00 per entry for non-stabled horses.
Entries:
Includes $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry.  Intro competitors are exempt from USEA Membership/Non-membership fees and Starter/D&M fees. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-no refund, Stabling-refund until July 14. Stabling cancellations must be in writing. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
 All changes to entries and/or late post entries made after C.D. will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Scratches accepted by fax, email, or snail mail, NOT by phone or answering machine. Competition cancellation: Entry/stabling-No refund after July 14. Copy of Neg. Coggins test required within 12 months for all horses.

Awards:
Special awards & 8 ribbons per division.  Additional Prize Money Awards for Preliminary and Training Levels - distribution as follows : Preliminary low point horse awarded - $450. , Preliminary reserve low point horse awarded - $300., Preliminary 3rd lowest point horse awarded - $250. Training low point horse awarded - $300. , Training reserve low point horse awarded - $200., Training 3rd lowest point horse awarded - $100. Prizes available at Secretary's table after scores are officially posted. 
Additionally - 
The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.) is offering ribbons, prizes and prize money to the top placing Thoroughbred at each level. The reserve low point placed Thoroughbred will receive a ribbon. Eligible horses must provide T.I.P. numbers to event secretary with entry. For more information, visiti www.tjctip.com. All prize money will be proved to the host horse show for distribution.   Intro Low Point Thoroughbred Award - $50 prize money and prize;  Beginner Novice Low Point Thoroughbred Award - $50 prize money and prize;  Novice Low Point Thoroughbred Award - $50 prize money and prize;  Training Low Point Thoroughbred Award - $50 prize and money;  Preliminary  Low Point Thoroughbred Award - $100 prize and money.


Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. $150. stalls sold for duration only - open from Friday 7/25 2:00 PM - Sunday 7/27 5:00 PM. All stalls must be cleaned before vacating. 100 stalls on grounds. Some temp. some permanent.  All have stall doors.  No bedding provided.  Shavings available for purchase. Veterinarian: VT-NH Veterinary Clinic, (802) 254-5422. # will be posted at sec'y's stand.

Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A -Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN & Intro -2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Grass or sand.

Cross-Country:

P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420mpm. N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN 2000m @ 320 mpm. Intro. 1500m @ 300 mpm  USEA courses: Good mid season courses, best for horses with some experience at the level.  All courses may have ditches, banks, & water appropriate for level. Terrain: Open fields, one big hill, some short wooded trails.  Intro. Starter course will be simple 2'0" jumps in front field only.

Other Information:
Cross-country course closed July 24.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Complimentary competitors party Saturday eve. More info. July 22 when times are posted.
Food on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed. If found unleashed=$25 fine!
