Entry: Per division: $195.00 All divisions. 
Stabling: $45.00.
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $20 fee for entries accepted after closing date. $20 fee for changes made after CD.  Please make sure entry forms are correct and the signature page is signed with three signatures. BN competitors must be USEA members or have a USEA ID number: riders with an ID# must pay the $25 USEA BN Non-member fee with entry.  Preliminary-please enclose copy of USEF membership card. Double entries: Not accepted. ONLY PAPER ENTRIES ACCEPTED. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling No refund.  All withdrawals must be in writing. Closing day withdrawals must be faxed or e-mailed to sec´y before 9 pm: Fax # (802) 765-4511; E-mail [email protected]  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
No refunds will be made without written notification as specified above. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months.

Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Awards sponsored by Bit of Britain. Essie Perkins Memorial Trophy: Low Score OT Lady Rider. Read Perkins Memorial Trophy: Low Score Preliminary Rider. Jean Hamlin Memorial Trophy: Low Score JYOP Rider.

Limited. $45/stall/night. Stabling will be assigned based on date of entry.  Perm. stalls 0-20 miles of event. Bring your own bedding. Stall doors provided. All stabling requests must be made before C.D. Veterinarian:  Dr. Alison Cornwall ,(Saturday) Dr. Kirsten Glass., (Sunday) Will have pagers. See secretary.

JYOP/OP-2400 m @ 520 mpm. OT-2200 m @ 450 mpm. ON-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm. Courses: Some hills, ditches. Lower levels: Moderate. Preliminary: Moderate plus.
Other Information:

Cross-country course closed May 31. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date. Food on grounds. No dogs, please - any dog brought to competition must be secured in parking field at all times. Bicycles, scooters etc. are advised as the farm is spread out!  Not allowed on x-ctry course. We are a carry in/carry out facility. Please take your trash with you.
