Southbound: Rt. 95 to Exit 54. Left on Rt. 133 East for 3.2 miles to Rt. 1. Right on Rt. 1 South for 4 miles to traffic light. Left on Ipswich Road for 2.5 miles. Groton House requests that you submit your entry through  Please complete 2015 entry form ONLINE at that site  Credit cards are accepted and refunds for early scratches will be made IMMEDIATELY after the closing date in June.  You may also submit digital signatures and digital Coggins (within 12 months) through Event Entries.  Otherwise,  enter electronically and, within 5 days, mail legible  Coggins, original signature page (not photocopied), and  required checks (if not paying by credit card).  If any materials which may be needed to complete electronic entries are not postmarked within 5 days, entry "postmark date" will be changed to reflect date they were postmarked, not the date of the electronic entry. Support materials mailed for opening day entries must be postmarked on or before May 19.  LATE/INCOMPLETE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE OPENING DAY ENTRIES DRAW.  If you submit an entry either electronically or by paper, GHF assumes you intend to compete, and if not, it is your responsibility to withdraw before closing date.  Otherwise, you are responsible for your entry fees.

Entry: All horse trial divisions: $250.00, Dressage schooling test:  $35 per test. 
Pinny deposit: $ 25.00 (no pinney deposit for dressage only competitors).
Stabling: $200.00  for the duration.
Clean stall deposit: $50.00.
CREDIT CARD: For entry or entry/stabling paid by credit card through Event Entries,  missing pinney ($25) and "muck/ clean stall" fees will be deducted after the event only if necessary.
CHECK:  If not paying by credit card through Event Entries, draw checks to NEFESE/GHF.  Send two or three separate checks for each horse: Check #1-Total of entry, USEA/USEF fees and stabling fee if appropriate. (PT entries pay USEA fees, no USEF fees) Check #2: pinny deposit. Check #3: clean stall deposit if stabling. Canadian entries by check payable in U.S. dollars through an affiliated U.S. bank.
IP, PT and TN will be run if sufficient demand. Otherwise, only OP, OT or ON will be offered. Final decision on divisions will be posted at on Friday, June 5; withdrawals must be made before closing date. Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Incomplete entries: $25 fee; will be placed at the bottom of the list of entries.  Entries limited. Special scheduling requests must be submitted with entry.  IP/P/JYOP entries must include USEF membership numbers for rider and trainer and owner. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee.  Refunds for early scratches, including entries paid by credit card, will be made IMMEDIATELY after the closing date in June; After C.D.-No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund.  Changes/scratches: Timely phone calls encouraged but must be followed by written notification by mail.  Changes after CD incur $25 fee-either check or if you paid by credit card, we will apply the $25 fee to your card. Changes of level received after Monday, 6/15 not accepted. Substitution of horse or rider only as per USEF Eventing Rule EV106.9. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21) are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any accepted rider who does not start the dressage test.
Accepted entries posted at after CD. No wait list maintained thereafter. Entries of those owing NEFESE/GHF for unreturned pinny or other outstanding charges will be drawn last.

Limited. Stalls 10' x 10'.  Overflow stabling off-grounds, $200 for duration. If paying by check, add $200 to entry check (for each horse separately), with clean stall deposit ($50) as separate check/s. USEA stabling form must accompany entry.  Temp. stalls on grounds. Feed, hay, bedding available for purchase. Stall doors provided. NO ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS for vehicles or appliances. No extension cords or cables permitted in stabling tents. If mailing your horse trial entry, include your separate dressage schooling test entry and check.  For electronic horse trial entrants, simply mail your separate schooling entry, with Coggins and check.  Every effort will be made to schedule schooling rides before horse trial dressage tests.  Schooling results will be available only after the horse trial dressage phase is completed.

IP/P: +/-  3000 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T: +/- 2300 m @ 450 mpm. TN/ ON: +/- 2000m @ 360 mpm. Terrain: Good galloping. Open fields; excellent footing with turf management. All courses: Moderately challenging. 
Groton House Dangerous Riding Policy:  Competitors will be RED FLAGGED for excess speed or for otherwise endangering themselves or their horses.  Riders MUST STOP when flagged and leave the course.  See also Eventing Rule 112.
