BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. If oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members.
Starter competitors are exempt from USEA Starter/D&M fees and USEA Membership/non-membership fees do not apply.
Withdrawals or changes must be submitted in writing to the secretary (Fax or Email is acceptable). Submit $25 for each change. No changes after April 6th. Incomplete entries receive no postmark until the day they are made complete. Check web site after C.D. for entry status.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months of the date of the show. Copy of Coggins must be sent to the Secretary.

Any entries not complete by the closing date will be charged a $20 late fee, this means we must have all forms, documents, signature and funds, or it will be considered late and will be charged the $20 late fee. Post entries accepted if space available must pay $40 late fee. (all checks/funds postmarked after close date will be charged this $40 Post entry fee).
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/stabling-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

$120 stall from noon Fri. to 5 pm Sun. Tack stall: $50. 302 perm. stalls on grounds. No portable stalls allowed. Stall
doors/initial bedding (2 bags shavings) provided. Order your additional bedding
on the stabling form. Additional
bedding, $6/bag. $50 stall cleaning fee required on SEPARATE CHECK. Stalls
(includes tack stall) to be stripped and swept clean prior to departure. $25 grounds fee for horses not stabled at event.

Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Be sure to include horse and rider experience in the appropriate place on the entry form! If entries exceed 150 then Starter will do Dressage on Saturday and on Sunday they will do Stadium first and then XC.
Food Concession Stand on grounds opens Friday at noon-4 pm; Saturday 6 am-3 pm; Sunday 6 am-3 pm.
Dogs must be leashed with person attached.
Competitor’s party or refreshments…...Friday: fun party event at the Gordon Wright Pavilion from 5:00-7:00 pm. Competitor gets one ticket, $10 guest fee, send with entry or purchase at check-in. Saturday: Buffet style dinner at the Gordon Wright Pavilion from 6:00-8:00 pm. Competitor gets one ticket, $10 guest fee, send with entry or purchase at check-in. More information on these parties will be sent to competitors two weeks prior to event.
TEAM CHALLENGE: in conjunction with Tryon Riding & Hunt Club. Teams consist of four riders competing in the same Division (P, T, N, BN or Starter Division). The best three weighted scores will be used to determine final team standings. Write your team name on your entry form. If you wish to ride on a team but do not have enough riders to form one please email the Secretary and she will help you get on a team. There is no additional fee to compete as a team. Prizes awarded to first place winners of each Division at the conclusion of this event and a grand prize awarded to the winners of each Division at the conclusion of the Tryon Riding and Hunt Club Horse Trials at FENCE in the fall.
