If we do not receive at least 150 entries we will run this event as a one day event on Sunday January 25th. If the event runs as a one day event we will offer schooling Dressage tests of choice on Saturday January 24th.  We will also be offering a team challenge.

From West (through Augusta, GA): I-20 to SC exit 18, end of the ramp turn right on Hwy 19. At the second light turn left on Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr.). Follow to Hwy 302 (Wagener Rd.) turn left. Full Gallop Farm is approx. 6 miles on the right.
From East or North (through Columbia, SC): I-20 to SC exit 22. At the end of the ramp turn left on Hwy 1 (York St.). Follow Hwy 1 (York St.) to Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr.) and turn left. Follow to Hwy 302 (Wagener Rd.,) and turn left. Full Gallop Farm is approx. 6 mi. on the right.
From South: I-95 to US-78 W via EXIT 77 toward BRANCHVILLE/BAMBERT. Go 13.1 miles. Turn LEFT onto US-21/FREEDOM RD. Go 0.2 miles. Turn RIGHT onto US-78/W EDWARDS ST. Continue to follow US-78. Go 51.8 miles. Turn RIGHT onto HATCHAWAY BRIDGE RD. Go 4.2 miles. Turn LEFT onto SC-302/SC-4. Go 0.8 miles, farm on the left.

Post Entries/late entry fee: $50.00.
Stall Deposit: $50.00. 
Stabling: $125.00.
Grounds fee: $35.00 (non-stabled horses).
Camping: $30.00 (separate check) per night, Larger RV's $10.00 additional charge per night.
Entries:
XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required--for sale on site for $25 each. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Preliminary & Intermediate level entries; please include a copy of USEF membership card. Priority will be given to Intermediate and Preliminary entries. Double entries: Not accepted. All changes incur a $25 fee, per change. All changes and scratches must be made in writing, or email to secretary. Check www.fullgallopfarm.com for entry status. 
Refunds:
Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Withdrawals must be in writing, or email to secretary. Competition cancellation - No refund: Free cross-country school in future. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months-send with entry. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Copy of horses Coggins must have a legible "date drawn" and "accession number" and must be provided with entry, "smartphone" photos, must be completely visible with all information.  If you must turn the Coggins in when you check in at the event please bring a copy to give to the event to keep; we will not make copies of your Coggins at the event. To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email,  all required information prior to coming to the event.  If space allows post/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee. ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. This includes coggins, signatures, and required documents.  Funds must be received/or postmarked whether entering electronically or by mail, by 11:59 pm on the closing date or will be considered late.  Late fee policy will be strictly adhered to!  
We do not accept faxes. Please communicate and send documentation through e-mail (preferred) or by mail.  Entry by evententries.com is our preferred method of entry. No Canadian or Foreign checks accepted.  All funds must be Drawn off US banks with US routing numbers.
Competitor Information
Awards:

Prize & 6 ribbons per division. Award for the best overall  off-the-track TB in the event based on lowest score.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited (120 12x12 perm stalls). $125/stall-9am Friday to 9pm Sunday Additional night stays available $25 per night. $50 stall deposit, returned or ripped up if stall is well cleaned, Check with office to have stall approved before leaving 100 perm. stalls on grounds. Off-site stabling if needed will be assigned at several with perm stalls 1-5 miles from event. Please check website for stabling assignments and groupings.   If you prefer we can have bagged shavings delivered to you stall for $8 per bag, please make note on entry or e-mail us the amount of shavings bags you would like. Stall doors & bulk shavings provided. Feed/Bedding/Hay available for purchase, further info from sec. Veterinarian: Southern Equine, (803) 644-1544,  # posted at office.

PT-2014 USEF Preliminary Level Test A-Sm. T/TN-2014 USEF Training Level Test A-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Level Test A-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Level Test A-Sm. Starter - 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Level Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand based turf.

Cross-Country:
I-3000 @ 550 mpm. P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. TN/N-2000 m @ 375 mpm BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm, Starter 320 mpm, All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level: Jumps are substantial, not a move-up course. Terrain: Excellent footing of sand based turf, rolling pastures, hills, some woods.
Other Information:
Part of Grounds fees and late fees are donated to the Volunteer Fire Dept.
Cross-country course closed Jan 18th.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Priority will be given to Intermediate and Preliminary entries.
Dogs must be leashed ($50 fine to Full Gallop Farm Jump Fund if this is not adhered too).  Do not lock your dogs up in your trailer at night - we have had many issues with people camping not be able to sleep due to people's dogs barking all night.  We prefer that your dogs stay home but if you must bring them please be courteous to others.

Open for schooling Jan 25th after last horse has completed - thru Jan 29th.
Please pay attention to directions on Website and road signs at the event - parking is very tight.
Bounced checks will be accessed a $50.00 fee plus bank charges.
Lucinda Green clinics January 26th and 27th and a 2nd clinic January 28th and 29th,  for anyone wishing to stay over for the clinic please register using the form on Full Gallop Farm website.

TEAM CHALLENGE:  Teams will consist of four riders competing in the same Division (P, T, N, BN or Starter Division). The best three weighted scores will be used to determine final team standings.  Write your team name on your entry form.  If you wish to ride on a team but do not have enough riders to form one please email the Secretary and she will help you get on a team.  There is no additional fee to compete as a team.  Prizes awarded to first place winners of each Division at the conclusion of this event. There must be a minimum of three teams at the level to run the team challenge at that level.
