Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must include a non-member fee of $25 with entry. Double entries: Not accepted. Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $25 office fee. After C.D.-Entry/stabling- No refunds after closing date or Less $25 ONLY if in writing and a place can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation- No Refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
A current (within 12 months), negative coggins must accompany entry.
Medical armbands and XC pinny (for XC number) will be available for purchase from the secretary.
PRIZE MONEY AWARDED FOR ALL LEVELS!
Preliminary - 1st place - $1,000, 2nd - $300, 3rd - $200, 4th - 6th place - $100. Training - 1st place - $900, 2nd - $250, 3rd - $150, 4th - 6th - $100. Novice - 1st place - $800, 2nd - $250, 3rd - $150, 4th - 6th - $75. Beginner Novice - 1st place - $700, 2nd - $150, 3rd - $100, 4th - 6th - $75.
6 ribbons per division.
$100/weekend (8 AM on Friday until 8 PM on Sunday). On-grounds stabling limited to 41 stalls. Off-grounds stabling 4 miles from Stable View. Separate stall cleaning check $50. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped.. Stall door provided. Bedding available for sale on grounds for $5/bag plus tax.
$50 stall stripping deposit on separate check must accompany entry.
Non-competing horses = $50 grounds fee.

Apartments available for rent on grounds. One bedroom apartments = $135 (plus 8% tax) and Two bedrooms apartments = $195 (plus 8% tax).

Limited RV sites (full service) on grounds = $35/night plus tax.
Test & arena sizes:
P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. All dressage will be ridden in grass arenas.
P - 2800 m @ 520 MPM. T - 2200 m @ 450 MPM. N - 2000 m @ 400 MPM. BN - 1600 m @ 350 MPM. All courses: Encouraging and educational courses for young horses. Established, irrigated turf on slightly rolling sandy loam soil.
Wine and cheese party Saturday night.
Cross-country Course is closed for schooling.
Entries limited to 40 riders per level. Total entries 160.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed.
RETURNED CHECKS: There will be a returned check fee of $35.
