ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date: late fee up to $50 will be charged. $25 change fee for any changes made after closing date. Double Entry-$25. Incomplete Entries - $15, for all entries with missing signatures or full payment not with entry. Refunds: Before C.D. - Full Refund; after C.D. to August 20-less $25 office fee. After August 20 no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from waitlist, if either are filled either will be refunded. Competition cancellation: No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Neg. Coggins required within 6 months for out-of-state horses.
BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay an extra $25 non-member fee. PRELIMINARY must send copy of USEF cards for rider, owner, and trainer.
This event uses paper pinney numbers; rider must provide their own vinyl bib. These pinney holders are available from several online vendors or you may purchase your vinyl bib at the event for $20.

Trophy and 6 ribbons per division.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$115/stall. 100 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided. $100 per day grounds fee for horses not entered in competition: This fee is in addition to the stall fee, includes cross-country schooling on Sunday. Hay/ Bedding available for purchase at show grounds. Shavings - $9/bag. Further info from Sec'y. Veterinarian: Contact will be posted at show office in stabling area.

Are you a skier or snowboarder? The cross-country courses are all green circles, with a few blue square questions at Training and Preliminary. No black diamond questions at any level. This is a great course for moving up a level as all are inviting.

Competitors entering horses for sale can pay an extra $15.00 to have their horse's name highlighted in the program, indicating it's for sale. For $25.00 have your horse's name highlighted and place an ad in the program. 
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food on grounds.
Team Competition: Teams of three or four, best three scores to count; all team members at same level; $20 per team.
Trailer-in Fee for non-stabled horses $60.00 for competition.
Cross-country schooling available after the competition, $60.00 fee and trainer must have additional insured certificate for Woodland Stallion Station.
Woodland Stallion Station uses paper pinney numbers, rider must provide their own vinyl bib. Vinyl bibs are available for purchase at the Event for $20.
Dogs must be leashed at all times - $100 donation to event fund for dogs found off leash.
