If we do not receive at least 175 entries we will run this event as a one day event on Sunday November 2nd. If the event runs as a one day event we will offer schooling Dressage tests of choice on Saturday November 1st.  This event will be hosting the First Annual USC Aiken Eventing Team college team Challenge.  We will also be offering a team challenge to non-college teams.

Intermediate and Advanced/Intermediate divisions will not be offered.

From West (through Augusta, GA): I-20 to SC exit 18, end of the ramp turn right on Hwy 19. At the second light turn left on Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr.). Follow to Hwy 302 (Wagener Rd.) turn left. Full Gallop Farm is approx. 6 miles on the right.
From East or North (through Columbia, SC): I-20 to SC exit 22. At the end of the ramp turn left on Hwy 1 (York St.). Follow Hwy 1 (York St.) to Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr.) and turn left. Follow to Hwy 302 (Wagener Rd.,) and turn left. Full Gallop Farm is approx. 6 mi. on the right.
From South: I-95 to US-78 W via EXIT 77 toward BRANCHVILLE/BAMBERT. Go 13.1 miles. Turn LEFT onto US-21/FREEDOM RD. Go 0.2 miles. Turn RIGHT onto US-78/W EDWARDS ST. Continue to follow US-78. Go 51.8 miles. Turn RIGHT onto HATCHAWAY BRIDGE RD. Go 4.2 miles. Turn LEFT onto SC-302/SC-4. Go 0.8 miles, farm on the left.

XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required--for sale on site for $25 each. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Preliminary & Intermediate level entries; please include a copy of USEF membership card. Priority will be given to Intermediate and Preliminary entries. Double entries: Not accepted. All changes incur a $25 fee, per change. All changes and scratches must be made in writing, or email to secretary. Check for entry status. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Withdrawals must be in writing, or email to secretary.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund PolicyThe USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.  Competition cancellation - No refund: Free cross-country school in future.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months-send with entry. Copy of horses 
Coggins must have a legible "date drawn" and "accession number" and must be provided with entry, no "smartphone" photos. If you must turn the Coggins in, when you check in at the event please bring a copy to give to the event to keep, we will not make copies of your Coggins at the event. To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email,  all required information prior to coming to the event.  
Late entries accepted if space available must pay $50 late fee. (all checks/funds, required paperwork including entry forms, coggins, etc postmarked or e-mailed after close date will be charged this $50 late entry fee) We do not accept faxes.  Entries must be complete by the closing date, this means we must have all forms, documents (this includes signature sheets and coggins) and funds, to avoid the late fee.

Entry by is our preferred method of entry. No Canadian or Foreign checks accepted.  All funds must be Drawn off US banks with US routing numbers. 

Competitor Information

Prize & 6 ribbons per division.  The is a TIP program awards show.  Awards for the highest placing off-the-track TB in each level.  Full Gallop also has a year end award program for the top TIP awarded horses.  Please note that ribbons/prizes will not be mailed out

Limited (120 12x12 perm stalls). $150/stall-9am Friday to 9pm Sunday Additional night stays available $25 per night. $50 stall deposit, returned or ripped up if stall is well cleaned: Check with office to have stall approved before leaving 120 perm. stalls on grounds. Off-site stabling if needed will be assigned at several with perm stalls 1-5 miles from event. Please check website for stabling assignments and groupings Stall doors & bulk shavings provided. Feed/Bedding/Hay available for purchase, further info from sec. Veterinarian: Southern Equine, (803) 644-1544, # posted at office.

Arenas: Sand based turf.

IP/P-2900 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm, Starter - 325 mpm -All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level: Jumps are substantial, not a move-up course. Terrain: Excellent footing of sand based turf, rolling pastures, hills, some woods.

Cross-country course closed October 25th, 2014.
Part of Grounds fees and late fees are donated to the Volunteer fire Dept  
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. 
Dogs must be leashed ($50 fine to Full Gallop Farm Jump Fund if this is not adhered too).
Do not lock your dogs up in your trailer at night - we have had many issues with people camping not be able to sleep due to people's dogs barking all night.  We prefer that your dogs stay home but if you must bring them please be courteous to others.
No motorized vehicles allowed on Cross Country Course

Schooling Dressage Tests in front of a judge on Saturday, November 1st if made a one day event.

TEAM CHALLENGE:  Teams will consist of four riders competing in the same Division (P, T, N, BN or Starter Division). The best three weighted scores will be used to determine final team standings.  Write your team name on your entry form.  If you wish to ride on a team but do not have enough riders to form one please email the Secretary and she will help you get on a team.  There is no additional fee to compete as a team.  Prizes awarded to first place winners of each Division at the conclusion of this event. There must be a minimum of three teams at the level to run the team challenge at that level.
in conjunction with the USC Aiken Eventing Team and Full Gallop Farm we are offering the inaugural USC Aiken Eventing Team College Team Challenge -  Enter your College Team (may be across Divisions) for the College Team Grand Prize.There is no additional fee to compete as a team.  Prizes will be awarded to all members of the first place team.
