From East or North (through Columbia, SC): I-20 to SC exit 22. At the end of the ramp turn left on Hwy 1 (York St.). Follow Hwy 1 (York St.) to Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr.) and turn left. Follow to Hwy 302 (Wagener Rd.,) and turn left. Full Gallop Farm is approx. 6 mi. on the right.
From South: I-95 to US-78 W via EXIT 77 toward BRANCHVILLE/BAMBERT. Go 13.1 miles. Turn LEFT onto US-21/FREEDOM RD. Go 0.2 miles. Turn RIGHT onto US-78/W EDWARDS ST. Continue to follow US-78. Go 51.8 miles. Turn RIGHT onto HATCHAWAY BRIDGE RD. Go 4.2 miles. Turn LEFT onto SC-302/SC-4. Go 0.8 miles, farm on the left.

XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required--for sale on site for $20 each. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Preliminary entries; please include a copy of USEF membership card. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Withdrawals must be in writing, or email to secretary. Competition cancellation - No refund: Free cross-country school in future. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months-send with entry. A copy of the horses Coggins must have a legible "date drawn" and "accession number", and must be provided with entry or e-mailed. If you must turn the Coggins in when you check in at the event, please bring a copy to give to the event to keep; we will not make copies of your Coggins at the event. To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email, all required information prior to coming to the event. Any entries not complete by the closing date, this means we must have all forms, documents (this includes signature sheets and coggins) and funds, will be considered late and will be charged the $50 late fee. All required forms and documents must be received in hand, electronic time stamp, or postmarked no later then close date or will be considered a late entry. Post entries accepted if space available must pay $50 late fee: all checks/funds postmarked after close date will be charged this $50 Post entry fee. We do not accept faxes please communicate and send documentation thru e-mail (preferred) or by mail. Entry by evententries.com is our preferred method of entry. No Canadian or Foreign checks accepted. All funds must be Drawn off US banks with US routing numbers.
Prize & 6 ribbons per division. Special ribbons for the highest placing lowest scoring off-the-track TB in each Level sponsored by the Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program. Special prize for the lowest overall scoring TB of the event. Please note that ribbons/prizes will not be mailed out.
Limited (120 12x12 perm stalls). $100/stall-9am Friday to 9pm Saturday; additional night stays available $25 per night. $50 stall deposit, returned or ripped up if stall is well cleaned, Check with office to have stall approved before leaving 120 perm. stalls on grounds. Several paddocks are also available for the same stall fee, first come first serve by postmark. Please write on top of stabling form if requesting a paddock in addition to a stall or in place of a stall. Please check website for stabling assignments and groupings it will be posted and continually updated on the website. Off-site stabling if needed will be assigned at several with perm stalls 1-5 miles from event. Please check website for stabling assignments and groupings Stall doors & bulk shavings provided. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Dogs must be leashed ($50 fine to Full Gallop Farm Jump Fund if this is not adhered too).
Do not lock your dogs up in your trailer at night - we have had many issues with people camping not be able to sleep due to people's dogs barking all night. We prefer that your dogs stay home but if you must bring them please be courteous to others.
No motorized vehicles allowed on Cross Country Course
