From I-25/US 70 Interchange: Take Hwy. 70 East 7 miles to Holman/Dunn exit. Go north (left) under highway, on Holman Rd., approx. 3.5 miles to Isaacks Ranch on left. Watch for ISAACKS RANCH sign.
If coming from the west during rush hours stay on I-10 to I-25 north to US 70 east. It's a few extra miles, but saves about 10 stop lights. If not I-10 exit 135 west of Las Cruces to US 70 thru town.

Fri: Show Jumping Schooling-10:30 AM - lowest to highest; Cross-country course open to walk-3:00 PM;  Competitors Briefing-4:00 PM (Refreshments served).
Sat: Dressage - 9:00 AM; Show Jumping - 11:00 AM.
Sun: Cross-country - 9:00 AM.

Failure to do so could result in delayed processing. Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee.
Note: USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. These association fees should be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form, totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event Show Secretary with your entry.
Competitors and Horses competing at/and above Novice level require USEA membership; include information on entry form(s).
BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay an extra $25.00 (non-member fee) with entry. 
A copy of USEF membership card(s) (IP, P Divisions only) must accompany your entry. 
Pre-Comp competitiors are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership fees and USEA Starter Drugs/Meds Fees.  
CT competitors are exempt from the USEA Starter Drugs/Meds Fees, but competitors who are not a USEA member must pay the $25 non-member fee regardless of level. 
A $30 office fee for any changes after the closing date (CD).  Refunds: Before CD-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; after CD-Less $25 office fee ONLY if place can be filled from a waiting list. Withdrawals must be in writing (email OK).  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.Competition cancellation - Partial refund, after expenses are paid. Refunds upon receipt of veternarian report.  Veternarian report must be mailed (or email attachment) to Show Secretary within 2 days of withdrawal.
$30.00 charge for lost pinny; no deposit required.
If under-subscibed by closing date, date will be extended.  Entries accepted during extended close date period will be charged $25 processing fee.

Competitor Information
Championship Prizes: 1st & 2nd place, per division. Ribbons: 1st - 8th, per division. HT Ribbons: 1st - 8th, per division.

Limited. 80 permanent stalls on grounds. Stalls are 10x10 with an open gate.
Stabling Fee includes stall door & 2 bags of shavings (bedding).
Stabling fees covers Thursday AM to Sunday PM with additional days before or after event @ $25/day.
Regular stabling fees apply for non-compete horses and tack stalls. 
Additional shavings available on-site or request on Stabling Form @ $10.00/bag.  
Trailer-in fee - $30/per horse. 
Stall arrangements for extra horses or tack will be made after closing date, if available. For further information contact Bill Gammill, stable manager at [email protected].

Camping: Rough camping permitted on grounds. No showers available, no hook-ups, no waste dump.
Test & Arena Sizes: IP-2014 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. All-P 2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. All T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. All N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. All BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. PreComp-USDF- Intro. Level Test B (2011)-Sm. Arenas are sand/clay mix.
IP/P-2550 m @ 520 mpm. T-2150 m @ 420 mpm. N-1850 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1589 m @ 300 mpm. Pre-Comp Test 1500m @ 250m/m. All courses: Easier than average, good place to move up if you are qualified and going well. Terrain: Flat, open desert with mesquite and yucca.  This is a working cattle ranch and has donkeys. Elevation is about 4000 feet.
Other Information:
Cross-country course closed Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014.
Entry limit: 90. Rider limit 2 horses/level, 3 horses/entire event.
Management reserves the right to add, divide or combine any Division and accept or refuse any entry in accordance article EV120.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant.
Competitors must state preferences under the *Eligible Section and complete Rider Date of Birth  (JR, YR, SR or Championship division/eligibility) on the USEA entry form.

The mobile grill (concession) will be on grounds starting at Noon on Friday, all day Saturday and until Noon on Sunday.
Dogs must be leashed at all times, including barn area ~ $25.00 fine for each loose dog. This will be monitored, especially in the barn area.
Empty water bottles before throwing away.
Please do not put bags of hay in trash barrels.
Put your empty shaving bags in trash trailer on north side of barn, not in the trash barrels.
Cross Country schooling allowed 45 minutes after the last horse on Sunday, November 16th for $25.00; Trainer will need to pick up (another) pinny and pay fee at the office.
