Entry: All Divisions: $ 200.00
Stabling: $150.00 (2 bags shavings provided)
Stall Deposit Fee: $ 25.00 (separate check)
Grounds Fee: $ 25.00 (non-stabled horses)
Camping: $ 30.00 (per night-separate check)

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. Changes after C.D. $30, Entries after C.D. $50 late fee. Riders must provide their own cross country number holder. $25- stall cleaning deposit (separate check) Camping fee $30/night separate check . Register and pay online at Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry minus $50 if spot can be filled from Wait List.  If vet or doctor excuse is submitted then rider will receive a voucher for a Holly Hill event within one year. Competition cancellation-No refund. No refund on campsite if cancelled within 24 hours of event. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. 
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses: Copy of current Negative Coggins must accompany entry.
Any changes after C.D., $30 office fee. Pre-order/pre-pay extra shavings $8/bag delivered to stall. Separate Checks for Camping and Tack Stalls, please! Submitted entries not paid by the closing date will not be included in the ride times

$150/stall (includes 1 bag shavings) from Thursday am to Monday am. 250 stalls on grounds. 70 permanent, 190 portable. $25 stall cleaning deposit required on separate check. Stalls to be left clean, not stripped. $25 grounds fee if not stabled. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase .Pre-order/pre-pay extra shavings $8/bag. Test & arena sizes: I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN and Starter-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm.  Arenas: Grass, aerovated.

I-3400 m @ 550 mpm. P-3120 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1850 m @ 350 mpm. max. height 2'7". Starter-1400 m @ 300 mpm, max. height 2'. Well drained, sand based turf on open pastures with some rolling terrain.  Courses are of average difficulty and there are two water obstacles, several banks and ditches that are on some of the courses. sandy soil.

Cross-country course closed Sept 30.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Party: Open Reception Friday night.
Express check-in available for completed entries.
Food available on grounds during show.
Dogs must be leashed.
Anyone moving from assigned stalls without clearing with show secretary will be eliminated.
