This will be the last event to be held at the Maseks beautiful Grass Ridge Farm in Sonoita Arizona.  Come join us for a great farewell event!  Good friends, good food, beautiful country, great courses and LOTS of good memories! Look forward to seeing you all there.

Entry:  P/T/N/BN: $250.00; PreComp: $175.00.
Stabling: $140.00. 
Tack Stall: $140.00.
Jump Rounds: $20.00 per round payable at the show office PRIOR to your round.
Party: $15.00 (additional tickets).
Grounds Fee: $25.00/day for haul ins and $100.00 for the event for Non-Compete horses. Stabling is additional.
Camping: $25.00/night for tents, RV's, Campers and those staying in horse trailers -  NO HOOK UPS & NO OPEN FIRES.
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! All divisions include $25 non-refundable office fee. Stabling fee=$140 per stall or tack stall for the weekend.  Double entries accepted-$20.  A late fee of $50.00 will be charged for any entry that is post marked after Oct. 1st, or any changes to an entry after that date; No exceptions. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. PreComp competitors are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership fees and USEA Starter/D&M fees.  A copy of USEF card for Rider and Owner if entering P, must accompany your entry.  Non-Competing Horse fee: $25 per horse/day stabling is in addition to this fee.   $25.00 fee for bounced checks.  Scratches/withdrawals must be made in writing (fax, e-mail, mail) to the event secretary.
In the event of insufficient entries, the CD will be extended.
NEW FOR 2014, BEGINNER NOVICE RIDERS: All BN riders must have a USEA ID number.  ID numbers do not require membership and can be created by going to the USEA homepage and clicking Online services.  Click "New User?" to create a profile. Beginner Novice horses must be registered with a least a restricted status.  There is no cost to register a horse with restricted status, but the owner or rider must have a USEA ID number to register the horse.
Refunds: Before C.D. full refund less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D. partial refund on entry after expenses are paid. NO REFUND on stalls.  Competition cancellation-Partial refund after expenses are paid.  Withdraws must be made in writing via fax or e-mail to the secretary prior to the closing date in order to receive a full refund. 
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21.00) are not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the completion of the competition, to any rider who withdraws prior to the start of the dressage test. 
Out of state horses must have current Neg. Coggins submitted with their entry.

Stabling is available Thursday noon - Monday noon - NO ARRIVALS BEFORE NOON ON THURSDAY!  Stabling at Grass Ridge will be allocated on a first received and paid basis. No stall deposit required and you DO NOT have to strip out your stalls upon departure.  100 Stalls will be allocated to horses first, tack stalls last. 80 stalls are temporary stabling and 20 are permanent stabling.  All stalls are 10x10, stall doors and 1 bag of bedding provided per stall. Additional bedding is available for $10.00 per bag.  Please order your extra bedding with your entry if possible and enclose payment with your entry.  If Grass Ridge stabling is full, then stabling will be assigned to places in the area, including the Sonoita Fairgrounds, at the same price. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided.  Veterinarian: Dr. Martin Crabo DVM - on grounds, Farrier: Chuck Waters - on grounds, both #'s posted at event office.

Test & arena sizes:  USEF 2014 Dressage Tests - PERMANENT SAND DRESSAGE ARENAS FOR ALL LEVELS. All P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. All T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. All N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. All BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. PreComp-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand, warm up grass/sand.
 P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm, max. height 2'7" has water, ditch, up and down bank Pre-Comp-1200 m @ 300mpm , max. height 2', water option, has ditch, up bank and small down bank. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels. All courses were updated in 2013.  Terrain is wide open with rolling hills.  There are two water options for Novice, Training and Preliminary with some narrow fences for Training and Preliminary.  S

Cross-country course closed October 5th
Riders limit 3 horses/level, 5 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Saturday night buffet in memory of Nina Masek - one ticket included with entry.  Additional tickets $15.00
Food on grounds Friday - Sunday 
Dogs must be leashed: $50 fine to get loose dog out of jail.
Show Jumping school - Friday, approx. at 10 am starting with Pre-Comp; $20 per round. Sign up first come first served at event office.
Cross Country schooling allowed for 1 hour following the last horse to go on Sunday. A fee of $30.00 payable to GREF.  Trainer must pick up pinny and pay secretary BEFORE heading out on course.
