ALL entries must be postmarked on or before closing date. ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 late fee. ALL entries MUST include payment in full to be accepted. Any entry sent without payment will be considered incomplete and may be assessed the incomplete entry fee depending on receipt of payment in full. ALL CHANGES/SCRATCHES MUST BE DONE IN WRITING to [email protected]. Changes after C.D. $25 change fee. Incomplete Entries - $15. Refunds: Before C.D.: Full Refund; after C.D. to Sept. 22th -Less $25 office fee; Sept. 22nd-Sept. 26th-Entry credit only given to next event, after Sept. 26, no refund unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list, if either are filled either will be refunded. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA
Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Neg. Coggins required within 6 months. All entry fees include a $25 nonrefundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay an extra $25 nonmember fee. ALL Preliminary and above must include copy of USEF Card for Rider, Owner and Trainer.
CIC3*=$9,000, Winning CIC3* rider awarded Founder's Cup Trophy, Fric Frac Berence Heart Award given to best CIC3* XC performance as evaluated by panel - $1000; CIC2*=$6,000; CIC1*=$3,000. Trophy and 10 ribbons per CIC divisions. Trophy and 7 ribbons per HT division.
$140/stall from 12 pm Wednesday to Noon on Monday. 360 temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. $75 - Trailer In Fee for the weekend. If horsepark member please mail a copy of your membership card with your entry. $40 non-competing horse fee for the weekend in addition to stabling. Feed/bedding/hay available for purchase, further info from the secretary. Shavings $10/bag, please pre-order with Entry or email to [email protected] . CIC3*-3800m @ 570 mpm, 36 efforts. CIC2*-3200m @ 550 mpm, 32 efforts. CIC1*-2800m @ 520 mpm, 28 efforts. A-3600m @570 mpm. I-3100m @ 550 mpm. P-2700 m @ 520 mpm. OT-2100 m @ 470 mpm. All other T-2100 m @ 450 mpm. ON-1800 m @ 400 mpm. All other N-1800 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1500 m @ 350 mpm. All courses: Average, for horses/riders with some experience at these levels.
Cross-country courses closed September 16 at sundown.
Levels may be divided as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Dogs must be leashed a $25 fine will be assessed for any dogs not on a leashed.
Team Competition: Teams of 3/4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/person.
Parties: Thursday Evening Welcome Party 5:30 pm, Friday Show Jumping Afternoon 2:00 pm & Saturday Award's & Competitor Dinner 6 pm;
HT Competitors have one party ticket included with horse trial entry- Extra Tickets-$25 per ticket per day.
CIC competitors have three day party ticket included with entry.
Patron's Weekend Table Passes: Reserved table of ten for all three functions; Thursday Evening Welcome Party, Friday Afternoon, and Saturday Award's & Competitor Dinner - $900 or $450 per night (please specify which night on entry form).
Individual Patron's Weekend Pass - $100 (non-competitors)
