The members of Keeneland Pony Club are collecting gently used, safe tack and apparel as a service project this year that will be donated to
the annual CKRH (Central Kentucky Riding for Hope) tack sale in October.  Please consider cleaning out your tack trunks and bringing anything you no longer need or use with you to Jump Start.   Thank you in advance!

Entry: Per division IP, P, T, N, BN: $190.00  Starter Test:  $175.00  Please note that if you enter online you must send signatures and coggins within 5 days to secretary.
Stabling: $ 90.00 Thursday - Saturday night  Tack Stall: $90.00 Thursday - Saturday night  Layover:  $50/night
Trailer Pass: $ 30.00 for non-stabling horses;
All entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. Do not send entries that require signatures for pick up. Faxed entries not accepted. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. Starter entries are exempt from USEA starter fees and USEA Membership/Non-membership fees.  Non-compete horse $40 plus stabling fee as above.  We will be using paper numbers and vinyl bibs rather than cloth pinnies.  A limited number of vinyl pinnies will be available for purchase at the office for $15.  Please provide legible email address for communication and/or questions. Refunds: Before C.D.-must be in writing to secretary [email protected] less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-No refund unless spot can be filled from the wait list less $30 office fee. No phone withdrawals - all withdrawals must be in writing by email to [email protected]    USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Competition cancellation-No refund. Any changes after C.D.=$30 fee. Please check fees carefully.  Overpayment $25 or less will be considered a donation to jump fund.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Horses' names must match Coggins & entry. Current health papers must travel with all horses. State vet may be on hand and checking.    
If not stabling on-grounds, a $30 non-stabling fee must be included with the entry.
Competitor Information

Awards & 10 ribbons per division.

Stalls: $90 Thursday - Saturday night. Tack stall $90 Thursday - Saturday night. 800 perm. stalls 10' x 10' on grounds. Stall doors only provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase from Devers Hay Grain & Bedding, (859) 233-9702. Veterinarian: Rood & Riddle, (859) 233-0371 # will be posted at show office. Farrier on grounds, Saturday & Sunday.

Test & arena sizes: IP-2014 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std.  P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Starter Test:  2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm.  Arenas: Excellent, Sand.
IP/P-2600m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 325 mpm, max. fence height 2'7", 14-16 obstacles. Starter: 1400 m @ 250 mpm, max. fence height 2'3", 14 - 16 obstacles. We use portable fences and have added new inventory to each level.  P/T Average for horses with some experience at this level with  coffin, corner, combinations, and bank possible.  N may have open ditch, bank and water.  Combinations possible for N/BN.  BN and Starter courses will be good introductory, inviting fences with water option for Starter.  Gently rolling, open terrain.  Footing will be optimized as needed by irrigating and aerovating.  Please refer to slide show on our website to view previous courses.
Other Information:
PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR:  Per USEF Rule EV114 Dress.  Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM/SEI standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag.  Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
Cross-country course closed.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. Schooling will be offered after event $35. Park pass required for all vehicles. $15 one-time charge collected for each vehicle at Park entrance for parking pass for the weekend.  No ATVs or dirt bikes allowed on grounds USEA medical card/armband required: Limited supply available for purchase. Trailer parking available in front parking lot of Horse Park--ask at office.
