Includes $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. Intro competitors are exempt from USEA Membership/Non-membership fees and Starter/D&M fees. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-no refund, Stabling-refund until Sept 11. Stabling cancellations must be in writing. All changes to entries and/or late post entries made after C.D. will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Scratches accepted by fax, email, or snail mail, NOT by phone or answering machine. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation: Entry/stabling-No refund after Sept 14. Lost pinny fee =$25.
Copy of Neg. Coggins test required within 12 months for all horses.
Special awards & 8 ribbons per division. Prizes available at secretary's table after scores are officially posted.
Limited. $120. stall open from Friday 9/19 2:00 PM - Saturday 9/20 6:00 PM. All stalls must be cleaned before vacating. 100 stalls on grounds. Some temp. some permenent. All have stall doors. 1 bag bedding provided. Extra shavings available for purchase. Veterinarian: VT-NH Veterinary Clinic, (802) 254-5422. # will be posted at sec'y's stand.

Test & arena sizes: T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm, N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN -2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Intro. -2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A -sm. Arenas: Grass or sand.
T- 2400m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 320 mpm. Intro- 1500m @ 300 mpm. USEA Courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels. Generally an easier course lay out than the summer HT. All courses may have ditches, banks, & water appropriate for the level. See web site for jump photos. Terrain: Open fields, one big hill, some short wooded trails. Intro Starter course will be simple 2'0" jumps in front field only.
Cross-country course closed Sept. 19.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed. If found unleashed=$25 fine!

Eligibility & Awards –
1. Beginner Novice Low Point Thoroughbred Award -$25 prize money and prize.
2. Novice Low Point Thoroughbred Award -$25 prize money and prize.
3. Training Low Point Thoroughbred Award -$50 prize money and prize.
4. Preliminary Low Point Thoroughbred Award -$50 prize money and prize.
For each Low Point Award, a low point ribbon, along with prizes and prize money as set forth above, will be provided. Only Thoroughbreds that have been registered with The Jockey Club or a foreign Thoroughbred stud book recognized by The Jockey Club are eligible to participate in T.I.P. classes and awards. Riders and owners should obtain a T.I.P. number for all horse/rider combinations. T.I.P. number applications are done online at www.tjctip.com. T.I.P. numbers must be provided to the horse show. Hard copy forms will also be provided to shows.
