From the East (Shreveport Area) – Take I-20 West to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Left (South).  Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.
From the West (Dallas Area) – Take I-20 East to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Right (South).  Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.
From the South (Houston Area) – Take US 287 North to TX-155 towards Tyler.  At FM-2661 turn Left. Left again at TX-64, Right on CR-413, then Left at FM -724.  Follow FM -724 to CR-42 and turn Right. At TX-110 turn Left – TRHP is on the Right.
From the South (San Antonio Area) – Take I-35 North to US-84 and turn Right.  Follow US-84 to TX-31, turn Right.  At FM-314 turn Left, Right on to FM-279, Left on to FM -314 then Right on to CR-4906. At CR-4907 turn Left to a Right turn at CR-4908 (this road turns into CR-426).  At CR-422 turn Right, then Right on to FM-1995 and Right on to TX-110.  TRHP is on the Right.
From the North (Oklahoma City Area) – Take I-35 South towards Dallas to I-635 East to I-635 South to US-80 East to I-20 East towards Shreveport to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Right (South).  Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.

EARLY DISCOUNT ENTRY FEE: A-$450; I-$400; P/T/N/BN-$335 entry & payment must be postmarked on or before Aug. 19th!  Entry fee includes championship fee, and ticket to welcome reception Wed. and competitors party/awards banquet Sat. night.  
GAS CARD DRAWING: The first 100 competitors to enter and pay via Xentry will be entered in a drawing to win gas cards to help ease the cost of transportation.  In all 10 gas cards worth $100 each will be distributed.
ENTRY FEE: A-$550; I-$500; P/T/N/BN-$435 postmarked after Aug 19th!  Entry fee includes championship fee and ticket to welcome reception Wed. and competitors party and awards banquet Sat. night. 
STABLING: $250/stall; noon Tuesday 9/23- noon Monday 9/29, $30/day for additional stabling. Must request early stabling at [email protected]
GROUNDS FEE: $100/horse (for competing horse not stabled on grounds).

After C.D. for entries only pending final qualification, if qualification is not earned by 9/16, Entry & Stabling refunded less $50 office fee. No Refunds after 9/16. Cross-Country:
A- 3600m @ 570 mpm. I-3200m @ 550 mpm. P-2200 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 470 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm. All courses: Championship level courses.
Other Information:
Cross-Country course is closed, except for pre-scheduled clinics (no clinics after August 18).
Dogs must be held, leashed, or confined at ALL times.
Wednesday Welcome Party - one ticket included with entry, additional tickets available for $20/ticket.
Saturday Competitor's Party - one ticket included with entry, additional tickets available for $25/ticket.
VIP/Patron's Club Weekend Table - reserved table for 10 people includes, Thursday-Sunday tented seating overlooking Dressage and Show Jumping, catered lunch and beverages and the Wednesday Welcome Party and Saturday Competitor's Dinner. = $2,000.
Individual VIP/Patron's Club Weekend Ticket - Thursday-Sunday tented seating overlooking Dressage and Show Jumping, catered lunch and beverages. Reserved 4 Day Package (non-reserved table) = $225 per person; Daily Tickets = $75 per day per person.
