Draw checks to KY Classique.  ALL Entries Postmarked ON Opening Date entered in Drawing for $200 cash refund.  Any fees postmarked after Aug. 12 must be either via Money Order or Cashiers Check. Returned checks will be assessed a $50 fee. Please check the fee calculation for your entry carefully. Computational errors or errors triggered by automated entry processes, which result in a refund due, will be charged a $25 handling charge. Should the difference remaining in the refund total be $10 or less, the remainder will be donated to the XC jump fund.
Entry Fees:  AI/I/P: $245.00; T/N/BN:  $225.00
Non-compete Horses: $45.00 plus stabling fees 
Non-Stabled Horses: $30.00 KHP Facility Fee

Entry and scheduling questions must go to the Secretary as above. All divisions include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted.  All funds deposited upon receipt.  Beg. Novice: Please check USEA Membership requirements at US Eventing. $30.00 non-member fee may apply. http://useventing.com/news/letter-usea-members-regarding-2014-membership-changes Refunds: Before C.D-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry/Stabling-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the
dressage test.
$45 fee for each change after C.D. including stabling changes, as schedule permits. $50.00 bounced check fee. All withdrawals must be in writing or by email to secy by 9 pm of C.D. No phone messages accepted. Competition cancellation-As expenses allow. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Entry status posted online at www.kyevents.net. Awards:
Horse Trials: Prizes & 10 ribbons per division.
A8EC's: Within each division prizes will be awarded for the first 8 placings OVERALL, as well as the highest placing Adult Rider and Young Rider.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$40/stall per night. Tack stalls same fees apply. See www.kyevents.net for more info. 800 - 10x10 perm. stalls w/ doors at KY Horse Park.
$45 non-compete horse fee plus stabling.

: $30.00 KHP Facility Charge

Cross-Country:
 AI/I(CH)/I-2600-3800 m @ 550 mpm. P(CH) & P - 2200-3300 m @ 520 mpm. T(CH) - 2000-2600 m @ 470 mpm; T- 2000-2600 m @ 450 mpm; N(CH) - 1600-2200 m @ 400 mpm; N - 1600-2200 m @ 350 mpm. BN(CH) - 1400-2000 m @ 350 mpm; BN - 1400-2000 m @ 300 mpm.
All courses: Rolling, open terrain on est. bluegrass. All courses moderate to challenging for the level.  Water, ditch, banks and combinations at all levels. Some narrow faces where appropriate. 3 element coffin at Preliminary, two waters on most courses. Expect water and small bank for BN and an open ditch at Novice.  Expect max number of jump efforts for all levels. Courses will be irrigated and aerovated as weather demands.

For 2014, KHP is now charging a $30.00 Facility Fee for non-stabled horses. The event will collect this fee with your entry and will forward it to the KHP. The Event does not receive any part of this fee.
