All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay an extra $25 with entry. All BN horses must be registered with the USEA. $30 USEF non-member fee required for  P competitors. HT: All riders must be USEA members. All horses must be USEA registered. Starter Division: USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply and USEA membership/non-membership fees are waived.  Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list/Stabling-No refund. $25 for any changes after C.D. Withdrawals must be in writing. Competition cancellation-No refund. except for the USEA & USEF fees. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses – copy must accompany entry.

160 stalls on grounds –$135.00 on grounds After the 160 all stabling will be off grounds  HAUL-IN FEE OF $40.00. NOTE: “STABLE WITH REQUEST’, MUST USE ONE PERSONS NAME TO IDENTIFY STALLS TOGETHER.  $40.00 CLEAN STALL FEE, INCLUDE SEPARATE CHECK WITH ENTRY – CHECK DESTROYED FOR STRIPPED STALL – no bedding supplied - bedding for sale on grounds, further info contact sec´y. No stabling changes after arrival for incorrect or incomplete stabling forms. Lights out in stabling area at 11: PM Friday & Sat night.

All courses are close to or are maximum height, length, and distance. The incorporation of our hilly terrain does make these courses above average difficulty. The higher the level the more the terrain is used. Starter cross-country fences will be 16" to 20" high. Please visit our web-site to view two slide shows on the home page of may fences on all of the courses. Warm up will be back near the start box.  

Other Information:
Cross-country course closed at the descrition of organizer....please call.  Entry limit 175– Levels may be divided as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Layovers: 20 stalls and use of facility will available after the show for schooling, $35.00 per night for stalls. Schooling: $30.00 per day. Entries to be considered complete must have current Coggins. Signatures: USEA & USEF numbers. Fees attached. Incomplete entries will be returned. Medical Card /Armbands mandatory. WE WILL BE USING THE PINNIES THAT YOU SLIP THE NUMBERS INTO. YOU WILL BE GIVEN THESE NUMBERS IN YOUR PACKET. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR OWN, WE WILL BE SELLING THEM FOR $20.00 AT THE SHOW.
