Fri: Young Event Horse competition- 1pm, Dressage schooling tests 11am, Stadium schooling rounds 12pm, Cross-country open-3 pm. YR mtg at office- 7 pm.
Sat: Dressage-8 am. YR team Challenge jogs- 8am Stadium: 11:00am
Dinner- 6:30 pm- Everyone invited- new menu and ecixting changes planned.
Sun: Cross Country-8:00 am.

Entry: HT: P: $200.00; T/N/BN: $175.00.
Stabling: $120.00; Addit´l nights: $30.00; Haul-in: $30.00.
Dressage schooling tests (FRIDAY) $20, Stadium Schooling rounds (FRIDAY) $15, YEH $80 plus $15 grounds fee for Friday, unless entered in the event as well.
Teams: $5.00, $10 if entering the YR team Challenge (see below for more info)
Party: $15.00, $10.00 (separate check)
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. NSF CK fee $25 Refunds: Before C.D. Less $25 office fee; after closing date: Only if place can be filled from waiting list.  Vet or doctors note required. $25 fee for changes after C.D. $25 fee for entries postmarked after C.D., if accepted. Competition cancellation-Split after expenses. 
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Out-of-state horses must have current negative Coggins within 12 months (except Oregon). Please include copy with entry. 
Competitor Information

Prizes through 6th, 8 ribbons per division.

Limited. First come, first serve - $120. Stalls will be assigned in order received. Temp stalls on grounds. Bring stall guards. Early arrivals/late departures must be set- up with organizer prior to arrival- extra nights $30 per stall. Stall doors/initial bedding provided. Haul-in fee, $30 per horse. Veterinarian: Names & number will be posted at office.

HT: P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A- T-2014 USEF Training Test -A Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginning Novice Test -A Sm. Starter-2014 Beg Novice test A-sm  Arenas/warm-up: On grass
P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-1900 m @ 370 mpm. BN-1700 m @ 350 mpm/max 2´7", 12-15 fences. Intro- 2', 10-12 fences, some terrian.  All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.

Remember we are running a 2-day format this year!
Dressage schooling offered on Friday!  $20 a test, all event tests offered, through Preliminary.  Please note on entry which tests you would like to ride.  Perfect way to get those young horses and riders in the ring for more exposure! Stadium schooling rounds offered as well, starting at 12pm, $15 per round. Young Event horse competition offered on Friday as well.

Cross-country course closed July 15th Levels may be further divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. All complete on time entries will be entered into a drawing to be held on Saturday night for a free entry for the 2015 Horse Trials. Team competition: Teams of 3/4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level, $5/team member. YR Team Challenge- teams of 3 or 4, $10 entry.  Team meeting/course walk/games Friday @ 7pm, Jogs @ 8am Sat.  BN-P, must have at least 2 teams per level.  Riders must have completed one event at the level they are entering.  State on entry that you are entering the YR team Challenge.  Party: Dinner Saturday evening- great food. Young Rider Benefit auction during dinner. Tickets available at show office. Barbeque dinner again! Purchase tickets at the office prior to sat @ 12pm. Can send separate check with entry- $15 per adult and $10 per child. Plan to attend for a very fun evening including a dessert auction!!! All proceeds for benefit of Area VII Young Rider program.
